I recall in the 90's an Australian citizen in his 80's was extradited to the Hague to face a war crimes trial because it was alleged that in the closing stages of the war he killed a single Jewish man. It´s not just medical staff, I saw now multiple reports from people who were tortured or beaten. Bisan Owda, was a filmmaker before the war and now reports in Gaza, she interviewed a family were the sons were beaten and they showed the marks on the back.
