In AB blood group their is no antibodies is it good for health? Mam, when AB blood group person has got some diseases like allergies ,then which antibodies are help to recover ? Please reply MAM
This just means they have no antibodies against red blood cell antigens as they have both antigens present on their red blood cells already. However, they are just as capable of making antibodies against viruses and bacteria as everyone else. Unless, of course, they have an immune deficiency.
Thank you mam
@@DrVanessa then AB group have immune deficiency in his/her life span?
@@harikagoud9156 blood group does not determine immune deficiency’s. Any blood group could have it. It’s determined by genetics that can cause a low white blood cell count.
@@DrVanessa thank you mam
why opposite antibodies are present in blood cells?
That is just a natural phenomenon. Normally, our bodies have to make antibodies towards antigens that enter our body. However, when pertaining to blood types, our bodies naturally make these opposite antibodies from the beginning. For example, if you are Type A blood you make anti-type B antibodies from the beginning. This is just naturally occurring. It is also why it is very dangerous to receive the wrong type of blood as the reaction will be immediate.
@@DrVanessa SUPPOSE A PERSON HAS 'A' ANTIGEN ON BLOOD CELLS, WHEN HE IS BORN HIS INTENSINE HAS BACTERIA BY NATURE.THESE BACTERIA HAVE ANTIGENS A AND B ON THEM.BODY WILL MAKE ANTIBODIES ONLY AGAINST B (NOT AGAINST A AS IT IS A SELF ANTIGEN).THESE ANTIBODIES THEN REMAIN IN BLOOD PLASMA.
(ANSWERED BY OUR BIOLOGY TEACHER)
Yes, this is a working theory. These antibodies are referred to as "naturally occurring" and while we don't know the true nature of how they got there, the idea is that some bacteria, pollen grains, etc. can have similar antigens to these red blood cells and that is how they come about. This is an interesting concept as a baby does not have a developed immune system yet, so you would think that the antigens from the bacteria, if there from the beginning, would never cause a reaction (as they would be considered self as well). It does make you think. Here is a paper that talks some about this. www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4339921/#:~:text=Antibodies%20to%20red%20cell%20antigens,other%20parts%20of%20bacterial%20membranes.
Thank you I finally get it
Happy to hear it helped!
Ma'am what exactly are the lympatic vessels useful for?
The lymphatic vessels are used to remove excess fluid from extracellular space (pushed out from cells when fluid is entering back into the venule side of capillaries). This fluid then travels back to the heart where it combines with the blood again. On it's way back, it travels through at least one lymph node. This is the bodies way of being able to track and see if there is anything foreign. The lymph nodes are full of immune cells and if something foreign has come into the body, an immune response can happen.
