This was really educational.
Could you make a video in the future on how to design plans? Not the technical drawing aspect (though that would be useful too) but how to manage circulation and layout, how to design plans so that they aren't a huge block, how to reduce negative space (and if they are necessary, when and why), how to implement sun-path and ventilation properly, etc. It would be great if you could recommend some further readings and videos as well. I have tried to find resources that talk about the basics of architectural planning but I can't seem to find any.
