Elira's hysterical laughter gives me so much life
Even now knowing Elira may or may not be a gaslight enthusiast, or a gaslight victim, or part of a toxic clique in the vtuber community, we can still laugh at how hilarious Rosemi is, just super simple joy with no worries about anything else.
I can imagine Rosemi being part of an evil cult bent on world domination without knowing it, just going around giving headpats and ice cream cones or something, so I'm sure she isn't directly involved in any of the drama beyond being painfully unaware of it and just being sad that sad things are happening.

Elira just patiently waiting for her to get it is amazing for the comedic value.
God dammit I seriously cannot believe how well animated this is. Every one of Rosemi's expressions, all her poses, the sound effects, Rosemi sitting in the chair all proper with her legs together, Elira lounging on the couch, the Wii Sports "Nice Shot!", the little hops, the way Rosemi loses all detail at the end, it's all so wonderful. It all perfectly fits Rosemi's personality and especially the things she was saying.
The animation here is super charming! Rosemi's hops are adorable
She even pulled a Game Grumps Arin moment by just laughing instead of finishing the updog bit
Finally, I can witness the cuteness, and lack of meme knowledge of that of the great Wosemi-sama in animated form.
Everyone is amazed by Rosemi's cuteness, myself included, but I gotta admit Elira's patience and kindness is also incredibly sweet: she's guiding Rosemi on her meme journey with such benevolence... She truly knows how precious Wosemi is.
