Just a super quick video showing the process of screen printing on paper bags. Sorry for the lack of recent videos, there will be more actual tutorial videos coming soon!
Hey there, we were running our dryer at 326 degrees and they were staying the the chamber for about 30 seconds. Also, we were using acrylic water based ink :)
hey there, you would want to either use an acrylic water based ink, or a solvent ink if you need it to stand up to water. the solvent inks are more toxic though and should be handled in a really well ventilated area.
Anthem, this is an old video, but have always been interested in printing on paper bags. Since I can't read your answers to the previous questions, what type of ink do you use for the paper bags, mesh count, and temperature to cure? Thank you, Paul
to print on paper most use water based ink (which can cure by air drying or run through dryer to dry faster). also to print on paper a higher mesh count is usually needed (305 -350)
I love your rudimentary editing style. No wala-wala. Straight to the point!
Yessir, works like a champ!
you're very welcome, and we sure do! we're not allowed to put links in comments, but you can find acrylic water based inks on our website :)
Thanks! :)
