I was only going to watch the first 5 mins of this out of mild curiosity. Just over an hour later, I was genuinely gripped by this fantastic story. I dont even play DayZ but this was one of the most entertaining youtube videos I've watched in a while. That ambush was absolutely beautiful and so well planned, thats exactly how I'd imagine something like that going down in a real survival-apocalypse situation

You should play, warning it's pretty addictive, also common sense is a must, like eating rotten meat or drinking dirty water in the rain at night are two different ways to fuck yourself, so you got an immune system, a heat system like how well insulated your clothes are, a weapon system and a tool system also medical. I have to laugh because it seems you’ll need 1,000 hours just to figure out the mechanics. 1st attempt. Starved trying to figure out how to eat. 2. Ahh you can eat people, here goes, puke and die. 3. Eaten by zombies. 4. Did from the elements. 5. Bled to death. Hahahaaa. So last night was my 2nd attempt. I’m doing better but those zombies have keen eyes and ears. Btw. I even found a shotgun with rubber bullets. Heaven only knows how you get the bullets in the gun. Yep, these guys make it look easy and fun. And I’m sure after 25,000 hours it is. The chat is pretty toxic on the custom servers. Too many people talking about doing gay things to each other and cheaters running rampant ruining the experience. Still a good game to play. It all depends on how active the server owner is on policing.

WOW! I remember playing DayZ when it was still a mod, Now almost 10 years later this video pops up on my suggested list. I saw it was an hour long and was like nah.. but I still went with it and BOY WAS THAT THE RIGHT CALL!!! what an absolute masterpiece! Well done, men. The storyline create from what was likely days of play and build-up was well constructed and offered a good reflection of co-op and teamwork. It could use a bit of dialogue between the teams as to how things progressed and how you went back for each other as you were injured or killed to protect each other's corpse, yet otherwise it was nice to watch. Well, imo this video needs to be saved on PCs, put on USBs, lasered on CDs, duplicated on 3.5inch diskettes, zipped on 5.25inch diskettes and recorded on audio cassettes so even a HC computer could view it, why, because if YT ever goes down, this treasure needs to be preserved. WOW! I remember playing DayZ when it was still a mod, Now almost 10 years later this video pops up on my suggested list. I saw it was an hour long and was like nah.. but I still went with it and BOY WAS THAT THE RIGHT CALL!!! what an absolute masterpiece! The story telling, the music, the setups, the gameplay the plot twist in the end. This was the best thing I've seen in a while on youtube! all the respect to you my dude! absolute loved it!

I haven't given a thought to DayZ since I last shut it down in 2015 but this was incredible to watch. Amazing editing and storytelling that kept everything as a whole. Also... I'm almost surprised of how much stuff has been added since 2015 xD
Amazing story ,it was like a movie but only 1 hour long, I had no idea how fantastic this video was going to be sice I was expecting some type of battle royale and pvp. Well done, men. The storyline create from what was likely days of play and build-up was well constructed and offered a good reflection of co-op and teamwork. It could use a bit of dialogue between the teams as to how things progressed and how you went back for each other as you were injured or killed to protect each other's corpse, yet otherwise it was nice to watch. Well, imo this video needs to be saved on PCs, put on USBs, lasered on CDs, duplicated on 3.5inch diskettes, zipped on 5.25inch diskettes and recorded on audio cassettes so even a HC computer could view it, why, because if YT ever goes down, this treasure needs to be preserved.

I Dont play DayZ, i stumbled accross this. Even has a non player it was easy to follow and the story telling was great. Man don't stop these kind of videos, not many people I have seen can throw it together like this. Definatley got a new sub and will be keeping an eye o this channel for content.

The ambush with the music and the buildup to it, with the placenames and such, was magnificent. It gripped me more than any other video game story(only big brolic black dude named requis tops it lmao). You have a real nack for storytelling and editing. I think this talent can also be applied to other games, so if you ever need to diversify I think you'll do well.

This is the best movie I've seen since the pandemic started. I've never played Day Z, but just everything about this was fantastic. The story, the narration, the music, the pacing...
