Im wondering, on the draw bridge concept. would it be possible to set it vertical to the wall with a code lock, so you would need the code to close the gap ? this also would allow for a further gap between walk ways. maybe put a wall build against the rock wall under the walkway to anchor it too ?

I don't play Dayz but I have a question for any veterans out there. With the drawbridge why not have two or three so you can open them once you've gone past making it impossible for someone to raid you as they wouldn't be able to make the jump ? This not possible ?
Should have put the draw bridge length ways , and then put a wall on top of the drawbridge frame and off set it a little bit , I always do this in my bases

As a solo player its pretty rough tho, there are clans wirh 10ppl doing every mission in shift. 😅 but as long as you dont do missions or have a bigger base, they leave you alone
