FYI the s1000rr used to use Hayes brakes, but they had issues, so this latest generation uses the Nissin calipers that were previously only on the m1000rr... they are top shelf. Also, BMW has used Ohlins on rare occassions (HP 4 Race comes to mind), and I believe Ohlins also briefly made some forks for the s1000rr in the prior generation when the Sachs forks kept having leaking issues.
Not the best bike buddy. When you run it about 15k miles hard do another review. A couple of my race buddies are on 2nd engines they are just like their cars
I’m sorry but you are incorrect on the brakes. Those are NISSIN front brake calipers. It is also incorrect that no sport bike uses a transponder key. Honda uses it on their CBR1000RR-R.
I much prefer the looks on my 2021 M package. The decals on the new model are so tame and boring compared to my bike and that big RR logo on the front left of the face makes it look unsymmetrical. Then look at the acres of black plastic on the bottom of the side fairings. Surely they could have done something with that to brighten it up and break it up a bit. Miss the rose gold engine casings and trellis frame. Also not a fan of colour accents on the wheels - especially carbon wheels - you get carbon wheels you want to see the carbon weaves. Then those brightly coloured front calipers and pegs etc make the bike look cheap and gaudy. The tail cover is also less attractive - so small and insignificant with that pitiful looking RR logo that just barely fits in there. But otherwise its the same bike as mine just not as pretty. Oh and one more thing - now its seems we have lost the gills too - well at least its down to one measly gill but whoever heard of any fish, car or S1000RR with just one gill before? Disappointing.

"No sports bike manufacturer has ever made a sports bike with keyless start."
Honda fire blade has entered the chat: WTF BRO!
I have one that I’ve put 5k miles on it now. BTune, and all.
Fairly comfortable.
Awesome review. Getting this monster in a few days 😍😍😍
Did you receive your bb?
@@Try2KeepUpK yes i did and its wonderful
Only reason I’m getting a bmw finally is because it’s symmetrical. I didn’t care for the different head lights but they’re not bad.
Yeah, this is the first time I hear someone saying they like the old one better...
Great review.
I have 20000mile on my fully tuned S1000RR 2020 with BT and works so good. Best bike ever.
15:39 a symphony, that's what I heard!

Everybody wants the latest model. Thats how they sell bikes. Your personal taste is noted but others think differently.
The Ducati is beautiful and wretched much like a high-maintenance woman 😂😂
The BMW is the best in all situations.
Much like a pretty girl who rides. 😍
193,5kg ** m package
32:23 don't get married with the beauty but the girl that makes you happy.
