Hi Marco, 1. No, it's not waterproof so I wouldn't take it in the shower. 2. Doesn't seem to get hot. I've used it for a good while without noticing it warming any. 3. You can! I use one of the short attachments as otherwise it can occasionally nick the skin, but that's me being clumsy. All in all, it's been better than other shavers in this area. No creams needed.

Nobody wants to sit through how long it took me for one of my first cuts!

@@bhushanbaviskar3993 There's a smaller attachment for precision trimming included which I just use to neaten up the edges of my beard. It's fine for use on the body. I just use mine on a low grade to trim.
Can't comment on the Phillips unfortunately as I've never used that particular model. I can say though that the Braun is far better than my previous Phillips and Babyliss trimmers. No complaints a year on from buying the Braun.

Thanks for watching! I've only ever shaved my stomach and armpits on a low grade, but it tackled both areas with no problems.

Never tried the BT5060, so can't say for sure. From a cursory glance though it has less attachments. Looks like it has all the main ones though.
