Is there a reason the DA isn't charging them? The constitution mandates laws are to be applied equally. If the city & DA charge citizens for drug related crimes, assault, perjury, etc. then by law LEOs that commit similar crimes should be prosecuted. I don't know why LA isn't applying laws equally and even giving the LASD a different due process 🤔 Seems like a constitutional violation.
