Your soups are delicious! I bought uour cookbook on Amazon. Thank you for showing me how to make super hesltjy soups with great flavor. Your soups taste better than just normal recipes. I have made allot of soups over time but the flavor is what separates your recipes.

Gonna try some of these! Every time I boil chicken for a soup, it comes out tough. Don't know why but baking it first makes it much more tender.

You call them lentils but we call that Peas...Split Peas Soup. We know the dark brown pea as Lentils.
