Yup! I had to do it for my daughters quad. Works exactly the same. I like using the wires because the front plastics cover the harness. If you run wires up you can quickly disconnect them so you don’t kill the battery because it’ll stay on as long as the circuit is closed. If you plug a fuse in and then put the plastics back on you’ll have to take them back off to get to the fuse to unplug it. Just takes too much time.
Absolutely! Paper clips work just as good. Especially in case of emergency. I would use a paper clip as a last resort though. When you use a fuse, if something goes wrong the fuse will just blow, saving your quads electronics. A paper clip will jus get hotter and hotter until something melts down. Plus the fuse fits perfect.

I would venture to say no. All the fuse is doing is closing the circuit. And worse come to worse before any damage is done to your electrical system the fuse will blow. But I only do it if I forget my key or in case of emergency. If you don’t have to do it I wouldn’t. Hope this helps.

If it’s a spare fuse you can. I’d use an external fuse though.

It’ll work as long as the key switch is a plug in style. Smaller fuses will pop easier. That’s why I went with a 30A. 30 is plenty.

Just search Kenimoto Grab Bar for a Raptor 700. It comes from China but I’ve put this thing through hell and it hasn’t so much as bent a little.

I can’t answer that accurately. But a 30A fuse should hold it just fine.
