Allen, This is a great idea as I'm sure many of us would be interested in hearing what you have to share and gain insight from your expertise and experience. It seems the most valuable aspect of a potential course would be getting clients and growing a business; other aspects as wedding photography skills, marketing and business management would also be valuable. I'd like to learn more about workflow and the best way to use Lightroom and managing data. I'm in the US in the Washington, DC area and have enjoyed your videos for some time now. I don't charge quite as much, but nearly all the wedding photographers here in Perth, Western Australia, charge starting around $4,000 to $4,500 and up to usual around 7K. I'm a full-time high school teacher and love teaching so my photography is a side gig, and I'm already taken care of financially. Therefore I can charge less because I love photography, I love people and actually the money is secondary. I like to charge less to help people out because I hate seeing people ripped off. I'm not sure how they get away with charging so much, because that usually does not include video and definitely no album - only digital images. Once you've bought all your gear, there really isn't any great overheads (even if you are paying a second shooter). Only thing is I think the wedding photography fraternity get cranky when somebody comes in and severely undercuts them. My price is $1,500 for a full wedding.
I really would like to be your second photographer for some weddings! But I could from the next summer, only.. Do you think it would be possible for the next year?.. How could I contact you in private?..Thank you indeed. Domenico

A mate of mine paid £1,500 in 2005 (London: 18 years ago), so £1,300 today is a steal
