@@alexanderolivera3270 Hi Alexander. It will depend on a few factors. If you buy in a community with an HOA, you would have to make sure the tiny home is not against their restrictions. If you do not buy in a HOA community, we would just have to check with county regulations, as they may just have regulations on the zoning on that particular piece of property. I'd be happy to chat with you about your plans to move to Florida and help you on getting the correct information.
