Pet Friendly Tampa With Kaitlyn Meck

Kaitlyn Meck is a Realtor at LPT Realty and Community Expert in the Tampa Suburbs; specifically Riverview, Florida. She services all of the Tampa Bay Area, mostly Hillsborough County, as she is a native to the Bay Area.
Not only does she have your best interests at heart but she understands completely what it's like to be looking for the next home, not only for you and your human family, but also for your fur babies too, as she has a large fur baby family of her own: Albert the dog, three kitties named after car parts: Sparkplug, Dipstick (who has now passed on), and Zoomie; and a ball python named Shelby (of course after the car).
In her free time, Kaitlyn likes to peruse classic car shows, create crafts, and watch (or sometimes even partake in) auto sports such as drag racing.

The entire town of Sun City Center is not 55+, right? But there are a few 55+ gated communities w/i the town of Sun City Center, right?
Hi! So most communities in Sun City Center are 55+, there are very few outliers that are not 55+. And yes, there is specifically Kings Point, a whole gated community itself within Sun City Center with its own set of everything such as clubs, community amenities, and more. There are not a ton of gated communities in Sun City Center, but there are a couple.

Welcome to the area! This is usually held around the end of February - Usually around the 22-25 time frame. They have already announced the dates for 2025, and it will be the 21-23 of February, 2025. That's a great question! These homes from Cardel the CDD is $2641, and the HOA is $120, each for the year. You could estimate taxes from the Hillsborough County website: www.hillstax.org/ Hope this helps!
