I've played hundreds of hours of this game, never really speedran it though. I might have done a couple things different but I am suitably impressed with this run good sir
Even if you try to follow it, it is quite difficult. It keeps getting stuck, it doesn't open doors very well, it runs away when I try to shoot with the scope, and if I shoot without using the scope, it doesn't hit, and the only one I see is Professional.
Certain crimes (mainly stealing and trespassing) make authorities mad but don't impact the rating. No idea why but that's the way it is. For explosions, your rating is affected if someone finds the victim of a bombing, gets injured by a bomb or sees 47 drop the bomb. Otherwise, it has no effect on rating. In fact, you can see the rating drop a few times due to witnesses but go back to SA once the witnesses die. Basically, the list on the right (except "Accidents" and "Shots Hit") covers everything the game looks at to determine your rating.
XJDHDR Honestly didn't know about the whole some crimes not affecting the rating thing, that's interesting. Will have to test stuff out next time I play lol, thanks for the response.
Silent assasin doesnt have to be exactly silent or at least in blood money it doesnt, for the most part its more about getting spotted than being silent
He's not taking credit for anything he's just doing a speed run haha. You realise speed runs are present in all games and if your doing a speed run your going to use the same routes, exploits etc.

I think it has something to do with his rifle being held to the side and he's holding a normal item. Didn't play much blood money so I can't be sure
If you hold a Detonator you can hold any gun you want in your left hand the guards dont care about it
