Let’s get one thing straight. The Best Wrestler in the World didn’t have to return to WWE. We must consider ourselves fortunate and grateful that he decided to grace us with his presence in the WWE ring again!! And he didn’t come back to make amends with WWE at all. No. He came back for the one thing he always deserved but never got: the Main Event of WrestleMania. And if he doesn’t get that in a certain amount of time, he will quit again. Appreciate him while he’s still in WWE, my friends.
When there is a common denominator causing your HELL = CM Punk, you have to reflect. CM Punk did that and changed so he can make money, good for him. But if truely changed, he will not bun this one to the ground. (No pun intended)
It’s weird reading the comments and seeing people argue about this thing with Punk; who was right/wrong, how the wrestling industry works backstage, yadayada. Most fans watching this video are just that: fans. Most have never worked in wrestling as talent, promoters, or staff. They think because they watch a lot of wrestling or read about it they know something. I think y’all should leave the arguing to the people who actually know. Just watch the wrestling you wanna watch, wwe, aew, whatever and be happy
Punk is a struggler like most of us on a daily basis we struggle through bs. Thats why he is so relatable. He is like a common man that got sick of being screwed over and spoke up so loud and well everyone understood and felt it. This is without adding his in ring work.
Punk created a lot of that “hell” for himself tbh. Its who he is. We shouldn't forget that. He's a great entertainer - but he can be toxic af when he wants to be. He’s not a victim. He's way too smart for that.
I think one of the major boons Punk has gained is a level of peace within himself and a level of respect towards the outside world and a level of understanding. It's somewhat similar to Shawn Michaels journey. Punk had trouble dealing with other opinions and ways, and had trouble communicating that. I believe he has now gained the wisdom, and experience and understanding to deal with these struggles in a much better and healthier way than in the past. Which has unlocked doors for him to glory.
"He had to go through hell elsewhere" is the most outrageous thing anybody has every said about a wrestler. Yes, Punk's exit was terrible but throughout the entire time Tony Khan clearly wanted to keep Punk happy. Punk openly trashed another group of wrestlers in a press conference with Tony sitting right next to him, and Tony said nothing. After the conference Brawl Out happened and Punk was only suspended instead of being fired. Punk returned and Tony created an entire show on Saturday nights just to keep him happy and away from the Bucks. What did Punk do next? Pick up a fight with Jack Perry over glass being real or not. I like Punk, I really do, but how can anybody see this as being treated unfairly? He caused way more fuss than needed and it was only reasonable that Brian Danielson of all people was the one who pulled the trigger and fired Punk. Danielson knows a thing or two about cohesive work environments and Punk was just too hotheaded at the time for several reasons (some of those reasons were justified I can't state otherwise). Was Tony right in being too lenient with Punk up until All In 2023? Of course not, but saying that Punk had to go through hell is such an overstatement. He was given special treatment up until All In, but fans just want to disregard all this because Punk now has an issue with Khan. Punk's rebel character is not a perfect fit for WWE, it makes no sense to even say that. At WWE he will get a lot of money and he'll finally get his WrestleMania moment either this year of the year after, and I'm happy for him, but let's not get carried away. Again, I like Punk, he's unique in a way and I almost never skip the channel when he's on TV, but it's time people accept that part of the blame falls on him for what happened at AEW.
I have to wonder if Heyman was already given a chance to enter the Hall of Fame years ago but he felt like it wouldn't be right if Punk is not witnessing it.
Everyone knows how good Phil is. But those who have been watching since the beginning, and long before, know a guy who is a cancer in the locker room and who burns bridges everywhere he goes. Phil is exactly that. He gets his chances. He just burns them up. And there is far too much of that documented, and on record by guys who are on the inside and who work in and for both WWE & AEW to dispute. Doesn’t mean you can’t or aren’t a fan, (I know you kids are very sensitive and you think criticism automatically means you hate someone or something), it is just the reality of the guy.
Punk destroyed any remaining credibility that he had by returning to WWE. He returns to wrestling, says that his entire WWE tenure doesn't even count as him wrestling, then acts a fool so badly in two separate instances that he gets himself FIRED from the place that brought him back... so his only resort at that point was to go crawling back the the place he'd been shitting on for the past decade. He's nothing more than a joke at this point.

When there is a common denominator causing your HELL = CM Punk, you have to reflect. CM Punk did that and changed so he can make money, good for him. But if truely changed, he will not bun this one to the ground. (No pun intended)
Paul Giamatti has to play Heyman in a movie
It’s weird reading the comments and seeing people argue about this thing with Punk; who was right/wrong, how the wrestling industry works backstage, yadayada. Most fans watching this video are just that: fans. Most have never worked in wrestling as talent, promoters, or staff. They think because they watch a lot of wrestling or read about it they know something. I think y’all should leave the arguing to the people who actually know. Just watch the wrestling you wanna watch, wwe, aew, whatever and be happy
I thought this was bill burr at first
I did too!
Punk is a struggler like most of us on a daily basis we struggle through bs. Thats why he is so relatable.
He is like a common man that got sick of being screwed over and spoke up so loud and well everyone understood and felt it. This is without adding his in ring work.
Many of strugglers don't dare (rightfully so) to open their mouth. He did. As stupid it sounds he really is kind of the voice of the voiceless.
For me, CM Punk is one of the all time greats with Bret Hart and Harley Race
Lmaoooo all the AEW Marks still mad Punk making that bag while AEW is going down the toilet. 😂
Funny that you idolize left wing Kamala voting trash like cm punk . Get a life
Don't see this past weekend's Collision audience lol
And stop tiny Tony from sleeping with talent
@@pauljameshere85
And where do you pull that from? Your sphincter?
New TV deal, which was 5 times their previous one, is already secured.
But sure mark.
Punk created a lot of that “hell” for himself tbh. Its who he is. We shouldn't forget that. He's a great entertainer - but he can be toxic af when he wants to be. He’s not a victim. He's way too smart for that.
Paul Heyman morphing into '80s Penguin, just needs a monocle
Well i am a paul heyman guy all the way.
I think Punk realised that WWE isn't so bad. Atleast they have a professional setup
Aew made wwe better
Again, I like Punk, he's unique in a way and I almost never skip the channel when he's on TV, but it's time people accept that part of the blame falls on him for what happened at AEW.
aew is wrestling purgatory
I have to wonder if Heyman was already given a chance to enter the Hall of Fame years ago but he felt like it wouldn't be right if Punk is not witnessing it.
This is a burning indictment of aew
Whether they like it or not cm punk and Cody Rhodes’s returns are the same equivalent as like “the chosen one returning to reclaim the throne “
Not a wwe fan, but am always amazed at how much bs and hype Paul Hayman can talk,
He didn’t say any bs though. And it isn’t just hype when it’s true
But you used to be a fan lol but since you’re probably a tribalist you have to stick with AEW n bash Heyman right? 😂🤡
@@myvidaloka no idea what your talking about, think Hayman would take a compliment on he amazes people,.
If WWE 10 years ago was hell for Punk, then AEW was a utopia dream turned into a bubble, Punk realize he belongs to real business
CM Punk in front row at Paul Heyman's HOF, and no Brock Lesnar. Ohh, how the world is just cruel
Next time you cry post audio
@@rentzrundownhe didn’t lie though
When fans beef with wrestlers is probably my favorite thing hes not in aew anymore just get over it
Punk said what every ex employee has said in wwe and returned eventually. Punk said what he said cause he couldn’t return due to Vince. Punk tried to return twice before going to AEW. Fox even offered to pay his contract and Vince said no
@@brianherren9222 and neither did Punk. Any other questions?
I am glad Cancer Punk is gone😂
The host is a mega mark. Get him outta there
damn. Punk is already over Heyman.
His theme song still sucks. He needs a new one.
I don’t wanna hear it. No brock lesnar. Stop beating around the bush. He should have been there
Aew was so TRASH punk came back to a corporation he said he'd never return to 😭😭😭
Almost like he’s a hypocrite huh?
@@Ace20A nah he's a self admitted business man. Aew isn't about being a successful business tho. It's a clown show for wannabes and their friends who'd never be successful in a serious wrestling company.

@@Ace20A no it doesn't. television is dead and irrelevant.
AEW only gets ~300,000 consistent viewers per episode. It would've been cancelled back when television was relevant. They'll let anything air at this point. Big bang theory reruns get more views than aew
Hes like Taylor Swift for men. 😂
*AEW fell off pretty quickly. I remember when it first started & felt it was going to be the next WWE I couldn't have been more wrong, it ain't even the next WCW. Its basically TNA-lite.*
Bro litterally called regal a snake, said what he said about HHH and Miz and now hes back smh.
cody, bret and many others did the same and even worst sooo??? wrestlers are hypocrites and that's ok
Hilarious😂 bro caused his own problems but now he's the victim. Punk fans are something else. Bruv can punt a baby square in the head and Punk fans will still try and defend him😂
Other than the media scrum, what problems did he actually cause? People defend Punk because he does deal with a lot of bs.
Punk abused the shit out of people in AEW lol
Phil brooks also steals my work and turns it into crap, but it makes him millions the way he sugar coats my work. Not a fan. Regret that I was too.
