Episode 4 was great I've wathed it 5 times now, Love that you compiaried it to Falling Skys , Enemy at the Gate, and The Postman 3 shows I really like. Love your channel great to find people that are actually happy to like Star Wars. Great intro song too!
I have a theory. They are going to find their way home, but when they make it there, the overseers will disallow them to return because of what they have seen and what they no know and them they will have to fight the droids to get home and their parents will have to fight the droids to bring them home, and that will be truly intense if it goes down like that.
Yeah this episode was very well written! Neel is just perfect and I want to protect him at all costs! That fern scene was incredible, all these kids are doing a great job acting! And if At Attin is as similar as this planet, then that turret that Neel was shown is going to come in handy if there is one on At Attin.
I never thought I'd say this concerning a Star Wars show, but I am incredibly sad that there are only 4 episodes left. What am I going to do when it's over? I hate to say it, but I love this show so much that it will be a letdown not to be looking forward to the next episode after the Finalé hits Disney+ in 4 weeks
I'm definitely enjoying this show! The character development so far is already impressive. Fern opening up about the fact that she has no idea what she's doing, etc. It feels weird wanting a KTA Discord Server while I don't have an account, but I can't give up now, can I? (What have I done to myself) 😂
I've been loving Skeleton Crew! But to answer the question you posed in the title, the truth of the matter is that it's not easy to make a good show. Less than 20% of shows ever get enough viewers to warrant a second season. Most (if not all) great writers and directors have had 'failures'.
I am a Christian conservative and I am genuinely rooting for Disney to make a good quality shows like this one. And I am elated to no end that two podcasters such as you are loving this show. It makes me so happ that people are actually having a good time Watching Disney Star Wars. I am hoping that Disney keeps it up! I see definite Star Wars vibes and definite Disney vibes and I don’t mind it at all in fact, I love it. The more publicity we give this show the more the algorithm will show Disney to make more shows like this instead of the other stuff that they have been making. They sometimes do make great stuff. I just want them to make more.
All Star Wars can’t be this good because when people complain they focus on stuff that has nothing to do with the real problems. The acolyte wasn’t bad because of the race or gender or orientation of anyone involved, it was bad because the people making it had little experience with episodic content and had no auditions, they just hired people they’d already worked with before. So, story bad, actors not properly chosen, and no experience making all that work. People involved in this project knew the writing had to be good and they clearly planned the story carefully, they had auditions to ensure they got the right actors, and they know how to run an episodic production. That’s why it’s better.
The vision and directing of the episode made it a good one. Had to be the directors’ specific move for the killer-cyborg camera work at the end.

I love this show and I'm a SW fan since 1976*
*When i read a magazine article about the show that the American Graffiti creator was working on

Ah man. I wish you could have spent more than 20 minutes on it. You had really great observations.
I'm definitely enjoying this show!
