Honda CRX Del Sol Restoration Project (Part 2) - Does it Run?

Bought sight-unseen off the internet this CRX Del Sol has just 46,000 miles but it has some small issues (namely rust underneath). But is it mechanically sound?

Did this not come with a/c? First time ive seen a sol with power steering but no a/c.

In the UK aircon was a £1200 option but PAS was standard.
