THANK YOU SO MUCH! I watched 2 other videos, and they did not explain how to change the cut color of the card so that the card mat would accept all 4 cards. I was so frustrated and then I watched your video….and it all worked! Thank you!
Finally I found someone that answered my question to the problem I was having. I kept changing card size on the mat and not on design space. hope this solves the issue

I just got a mat today and watching your video super helpful thank you. I do have a question I noticed on the Bee card the letters B e r o were missing some of the letter can you tell me how to fix that , do we use stencil?
Hey Christie! So glad the video was helpful. As for loosing center letters, that it going to always be the case if there is no connection point to hold it all in. Cards specifically designed for the JOY machine don't have elements that will fall away, (they often draw those elements on) but when I use other cards or elements I turn into cards, I often save those small pieces and glue them back on once my insert is in place. I hope that helps and happy card making!! 💕
Ditto. Thank you. I have the mat and didn't even know what to do with it. What are those little pawn things that look like they came out of a 'sorry' board game? It was two of them, they were white sitting on the top right corner of your mat. Just curious...thanks- Tab
Oh my! That is what they look like! 🤣 I have a magnetic cutting/crafting board on the table (absolutely love it by the way) and those are the magnets that come with it. It's from Glassboard Studio and I have the aqua one. amzn.to/3Op2R4J 🩷 Thanks so much for crafting with me!
Hey Leonie! The Maker and Explore Card mat are set up for R10, R20, R30, and R40 card sizes, including the S40 (which just means square). The size you mentioned is the R20 card size and you can make it with all four machines: Joy, Joy Xtra, Explore and Maker. Im really bummed. I cant find any cards listed that way (S40 and so on) .And I tried to use the numbers that you listed. They say they arent there. I went and bought everything I needed to start these cuz they look like so much fun to do..
Hey Wanda! When searching for the codes that I provided, make sure you use a hashtag in front of the code. If they still won't pop up for you, go to Cricut Design Space, open a new project, select Images, Cards, and hundreds will pop up for you to choose from. Hey April! I've not tried R40 envelopes. Are you wanting to address them? Hmmm. I'll add that to my list of card things to try. I'm working on a few new videos for cards right now and maybe I can find an answer for you. I think the short of it would be doing them one at a time on a regular mat. Not as much fun, and more time consuming, but doable. More to come! 💕
I’ve tried to search for the designs and added the # but it’s not bringing anything up? (I do have ds subscription) currently very confused, any ideas please?
Hey Sally! I'm not sure why. I've heard from other crafters that cards are different for some reason. Such a bummer you couldn't find them. I would suggest maybe contacting Cricut support. I've always heard wonderful things about them. 💕

Oh my Marie! I’ve never heard of that. Two things. First I would calibrate my machine. On you desktop look under the left navigation menu. Second I would call Cricut support. They’re great and I’m sure they can help. Sorry you’re having trouble!

I don’t have ANY of those options when I go to images then cards. Like zero that show inserts etc. with the cut lines around it, any clue why?

Why does my Explore 2 write and cut ABOVE the card space on the plastic? It’s ruining my blades. Useless mat for me.
