Prime example of how a person’s perspective can affect their judgement. Phoebe was so used to fighting evil that she overlooked the protecting the innocent ,especially when the innocent may be a witch or psychic like her.
Fact: Levitation is the ability to propel oneself into the air and hover or move through the air slightly. It is primarily a defensive power used to avoid attacks. It is also a weaker version of Flight, a power which this ability can evolve into.
It's a bit too much convinient? I don't know if jury members usually even handle the evidence. In her premonition, however the vision zooms in on the tatoo. And then when she looks the accused one lifts the right hand so Mrs. Sherlock Holmes here can see he didn't have the tatoo
I think that's how magic aligns in a way. It's all in perfect timing. Phoebe was supposed to be there to see the premonition and zero-in on the tattoo in her vision.
Fact: Premonition is the power to see and experience events from the past, present, and future. This power is highly desirable, since it often helps a witch evade dangerous situations. It is one of the most helpful defensive powers that a witch can possess.
Fact: Empathy is the power to feel and understand other people's feelings, emotions, and desires as if they were your own. A user of this ability can feel exactly what another person is feeling, and for the same reasons, without direct contact with them. Beings with the power of empathy are often referred to as Empaths.
Say what you guys want I feel like this is missed potential here for them to make the charmed ones more prone to help with these kinds of things and bring the show down some make it a bit more gritty . The edge piper had and the fear in phoebe could’ve been continual into season 5 and btw this lawyer could’ve jonied the force and been the one to die by zonku later agreeing forming a cause becoming drawn to how phoebe knew about the murder and changed public opinion in the show given Daryl more plot in the story and Paige more purpose as a white lighter witch and social worker, that when she helped him sometimes for magical reasons get around places or find people and built through a connection with the elders and her witch powers.
@@rsync9490 That I do remember seeing the actors who played Elise as a different character. I took a screenshot of Sheridan to see the juror, but they look different to me. If it's Sheridan, I missed it! lol
Mentioning vampires for a 2nd time. 1st was 1x20. Later on they actually met them. The defended is a psychic, just like Bo Lightfeather. In the reboot, 1x15, the girls there met Medusa, which the og didn't. That ep tackled a serious issuse of slut-shaming.
@sifilore9462 Yeah, Stan actually was a psychic who, able to see future. And although, I didn't like this episode but, Phoebe who, help to Stan. And the words that Phoebe gave Stan as a Seer actually was va ery good in episode.
The show was still excellent & had deep moments without her on it/with Paige joining the show. Paige was a breath of fresh air & made the show more enjoyable.

Interesting that Phoebe says that she turns into a vampire jokingly, when it was actually Paige who turned into one later down the season.
Awwww, she tried to be not-witch for once and it didn't work. 💔 A gift and curse at the same time.

I wouldn't think the court would want the jury to get their fingerprints on the evidence
Glenn was sooooo cute. I loved Paige and Glenn together

Holly Alyssa and rose have great chemistry
Phoebes powers:
•Premonitions
•Levitation
•Empathy
I was led to a body one day. People have gifts and they are so misunderstood.
So Glen is here.. Ok. It's great Phoebe was there and saw the tattoo. Phoebe did great to persuade the jury he's innocent. His wife helped too

No one is talkong about the lawyer who is sheridan
I don't think that's Sheridan haha. They look alike.
If it is the actress, well charmed reused actors for different characters. Like Elise's actor in season 1 played a completely different character.
They’re not the same actor
I never noticed that the lawyer was Sheridan until now

Hello
Hi
No
And that's when an excellent, deep show w/ Prue turned into a sh-tty telenovela
The show was still excellent & had deep moments without her on it/with Paige joining the show. Paige was a breath of fresh air & made the show more enjoyable.
