Nice tips, just one thing missing. If you expect to spend x amount of hours in any task, specially if it will require the collaboration between 3rd party companies, multiply that by 3.
Another one, it doesn't matter how impossible and unrealistic the statement of a manager is, none of his subordinates will even think about interrupting him.
Last but not least, protect your position, everything must be written.

Thank you for the content. Is it worth testing the UAE, Kuwait or the KSA market if a website does not offer the popular COD payment method? Does the absence of the COD payment method discourage customers from the Middle East? I would appreciate some advice.
    Thank you in advance.

@@nihadasabanovic4273 British Arabs can be just as bad. Seem to talk in cliches like no other group. Change terms constantly, love technology, and believe AI comes from Allah himself :)

What you described, is it not the same with China, India, Russia, Africa and even party in North America? Relationship is a priority, localisation, focus on decision maker - same thing in Peru, Almaty, Delhi.

Greetings Dear. I’m Christina Kelly by name. How are you doing? I was going through your facebook profile and I noticed you have the same name with my late Dad. So I decided to write you. I would like to know you more. Hoping to hear from you in good faith. Thanks
