No, on F1 use. Though it activates delayed since many tool belt skills have a weird aftercast that gets canceled by other skills, but delays trait and rune / relic triggers.
No, Med Kit is special in that regard - for the purpose of most runes / relics etc. the F1 counts as the heal skill, as opposed to the skill in the slot.
i wonder if gw2 is still worth playing, i never touched it since it came out because my pc was trash in the past. i want t non p2w mmo that takes my time away, but i need deep profession system, mounts etc..
Really depends on what you want from the game and how you approach it. GW2 has gotten grindier (especially if you want all the fancy stuff like legendaries and all mounts), but a lot of things you'll get eventually by just playing the game while not caring too much about them.
