That Roman villa is spectacular, the mosaics are beautiful. Pity you couldn't get in. The thatched cottage is amazing, how lovely to live in a house like that!

I image the cottage interior to be rather nice. Expensive to maintain a thatched roof though. I visited other Roman villas on my travels. Do like my Roman stuff!

Wonderful video Alice, fascinating about the location by St Peter’s Church where they placed those heads and body parts. I thought the Roman Villa was lovely, I kind of wished I was there actually. So I could see it myself. Interesting Ghost Stories too. Dorchester seems to have so much to see.
Great mention of good old Thomas Hardy 😊😊

I need to ho back to Dorchester again. Still other places to visit, and such an interesting historical town.

Hi Alice. I love watching your videos. Very informative. I actually live in Bristol and you mentioned Russ Conway , did you know he was born in Bristol ?

Thank you Lynette. Glad you are enjoying my videos. I didn't know that Russ Conway was a Bristol man. That's interesting. Thank you.
