Although it will be hard can we get a list of your 10 favorite "things" you own, top 10 things your jonesing for, and 10 things that are cheap that you don't really care to get top / high quality for / not buy once cry once stuff? Could be an interesting video idea? Just my two cents.
Vitsoe looks nice. Love this kind of modular shelving. We went with a similar solution from String furniture. Have had it for 10+ years and reconfigured it to fit different rooms many times.
I'm familiar with String! And I love hearing this. Totally why I love investment pieces - you get constant dividends (via utility and enjoyment) even decades after the purchase. So cool.
Ok so I've binched all your videos in a few days and recommended the channel to a few friends and a slack group so far. Keep up the great work. Also, seeing you and the furry son make me miss my frenchie who had to go to sleep a few months ago, almost 11yo. ❤🩹
Currently trying to talk myself into the 606s and thus found this gem of a channel. Thank you for the content and the style. Likewise I started to feel the need of idealy only buying things once. We talk about sustainability a lot, and we do about luxury. And in fact - if chosen right - these two are able to pair brilliantly as long as you have the right idea about what luxury is. Timeless, high quality, durable - and all of a sudden, an otherwise bigger spending becomes relative in price. I don't want to know through how much IKEA i've gone in the past and how many pieces of Vitsoe this could have funded by now. Your content is highly needed uplifting and inspiring entertainment. Greetings from Switzerland. PS: I saw you still didn't get to update your speakers to the Ojas. Take a peek at Genelec - maybe they resonate with you
Thank you so much, Max! I really appreciate the love. And thank you for the speaker recommendation! I will check those out. I'm currently binging as much content as possible on the B&O A9, which I actually didn't like at first, but now I can't stop thinking about.
That ikea pong chair I think have a rocking version, which I think work better aesthetically & rocking chairs, going back & forth relaxes me. IDK where to put it but I would like that or maybe their wingback chair. I want a chair that is “my chair” to relax or something. Also that vitsoe better worth every penny. That cost will cover a month long European trip.
Vitsoe products are investment pieces for sure, but when you consider the modularity and heirloom quality, I feel they're worth it. Buy once, cry once is this channel's motto, after all.
Hi Dominic, I love your eames LCW chair, and wanted to know what color it is? I couldn't tell if it's the new yellow color, white ash, or if you did a custom wood stain to it?
As someone who just Vitsoe'd (is that a verb) his space, it's SUPER addicting. Don't sleep on the flax upholstery in the chair range. It's very much an investment, a system I've build over, (lord), 10 years?

How this channel doesn’t have a million subscribers is beyond me. The vibes you give is just so relaxing. Thank you, and keep it up!
Thanks so much for the love! I really appreciate it.

It really does!
Keep up the great work. You’re onto something here.
Thank you! I appreciate it.
I adore the visuals already. Also couldn´t be happier to have found Your channel.
Thanks so much!
This is probably my favorite video of yours. Great taste.
Thanks so much!
Yes, I have been debating on the 606 shelves as well. I did get the Eames Hang-it-all. Game changer.

Always a fun watch and I learn about something cool that I think I need now. Impeccable taste as usual, Dom.
Thank you so much!
Those are definitely Hemingway chairs! Haha you described them perfectly!

You should do a video on the hair products you use/routine. Looks always on point 💯
Thank you! I love these suggestions.
I like your house.
What do you use to refinish the wooden table? Really like your style! Best regards from Austria
Ok Dom, just in time before going to bed, thank you.
Haha cheers!
Thanks for sharing your home with us! May I ask who makes the bed (shown briefly at ~6m59s)?
You bet! That was built by Matt Castilleja - mattcastilleja.com
Please do a video about Fernet Branca

I’m actually not positive how light this color was originally; I bought it used and I think at this point it’s about 12-15 years old.
What do I do after I’ve already seen all your videos?
Wake up babe, new Scalise video just dropped.
Haha I love this.

Man, I love those chairs. How has that material held up?
@@dominicscalise I've had mine a couple of weeks, it looks great so far, and is already looking nice and soft. Recommended!
Gotta get an eames lounge chair
I’m a big fan.
debatiing between usm haller and vitsoe 🤣
What are you leaning toward?
Why did you replace your Aeron?
Amazing office chair. Company I was with at the time went back to office, so I had to bring it back.
1910 house gang ->
Haha I feel like there is gonna be like 3 of us, but I hope I'm wrong. These old buildings have so much soul.
