    You've taught me so much, my lens is forever changed. All I can see in this trial is just human wreckage that is just ineffably heartbreaking. I haven't watched very much because it makes me physically ill to think of how both of them are having everything in their lives laid bare in such a soul destroying way.

    Johnny & Amber
    Thank you so much for these in depths metaphores in the skills & tools of the worst day cycle
    Reality and Compassion
    We all have experience these pains and traumas
    Not dealing with our childhood trauma is not getting into reality and showing compassion towards our own self care journey/path
    Taking ownership Taking responsibility
    To model responsibility
    First to ourselves that the people we care about can see we are truly taking ownership of our perfect imperfections
    The worst day cycle
    Trauma
    Fear
    Shame
    Denial
    We relive our trauma fear shame & denial in adulthood from our childhood (part may not had control of) irresponsibily
    Not showing ourselves; self understanding; self compassion
    We are not to blame ourselves from a situation/condition that resulted in hurt fear shame(blame victimization)& denial by mirroring our own unhealed pain through our worse day cycle in adulthood
    What is my problem?
    What is my solution
    What is this in my own experience?
    Confronting our worse day cycle
    To admit; acknowledge; confront
    It is time take responsibility ; truth ; and honesty(a view of responsibility)
    What part did I play?
    What part did I have control of?
    What is my possibilities in my situation
    We is my possibities; my outcome/s in my other unmet needs or unhealed pain?
    Let's do some of our own research
    Research
    "Ace" Adverse Childhood Experiences
    Goal is from being a professional victim in our worse day cycle remaining under the veil of anger under the veil of being self righteouness
    Let's not place the responbility on our children to forgive our impecfections ; our acting out ; our calling out others ; our blaming others; our iniquities; ecetera... When it comes to a smear campaign the list can be quite extensive; and ongoing when it comes to self victimization
    What is my part in changing my own negative dynamic ; in my own work in my unhealed pain
    It is about
    taking ownership and responsibily options choices learning opportunities to find resolution/s
    A step to responsible option choice or/& learning opportunities towards self care
    Our values
    Our needs
    Our negotiables
    Our non negotiables
    Reclaim your authentic self by being trauma informed

    23:41 Wanted to bring this up to the viewers who are seniors (age 65+) living in metropolitan areas across the country. If you regularly spend your days at senior centers (senior daycare?), you will promptly be immersed (transported? ) onto a childhood setting where your newly acquainted playmates become the same characters you had growing up.
    It's uncanny how the years of accumulated wisdom just goes out the window for a part of their days when socializing. At the time I experienced this, I did not have good internal boundaries in place. So I stopped going.

    That’s right! Both of them are choosing to be victims. They both were toxic and have toxicity that they can’t accept for themselves. I do feel more sorry for Johnny, but I can tell Amber know her own truth and her own perspective. They relive their traumas and blame each others for their reactions. Really sad case. This should teach the public to be responsible and not pointing fingers. Solve problems talking, and if problems can’t be resolved they need to say good bye the peaceful way. But when alcohol and drugs are involved their clear reasoning is impaired. Thanks for your videos 🌸💖

    Amber says she was punched repeatedly by Johnny (who wears very chunky rings) but she wasn't hurt. I found that part of her account very strange, but your explanation clarifies it for me. Children who get no positive reinforcement often misbehave just to get some sort of reaction because they crave the attention, even though it is negative. I Think Amber Heard is a very damaged person who started fights because she has learned to crave negative attention.

    Hello sir,
    You keep saying that you don't condone the abuser's behavior, but at the same time, you say we can't call ourselves the victim! I understand taking ownership, but a victim is a victim right?

    • @kennyweiss
      @kennyweiss  2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Yes and I address this topic in this video. I specifically said that it’s true we are victimized but the second that happens we have to immediately take responsibility and ask ourselves… “What part did I play in this situation?”
      Listening to my content requires deep listening!
      unfortunately because of The Worst Day Cycle we project what we think we hear on to people or we selectively choose not to hear certain parts of a message.
      Doing so helps us hold onto our Cycle and our victim identity

      @@kennyweiss 😂 now I remember you said something like that later on. Thank you sir, I will listen to it again. I need to watch your worst day cycle videos and finish your book. I'm trying to break my cycle. If possible could you make your a little more affordable in INR.

    • @kennyweiss
      @kennyweiss  2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Just to clarify I have never said that we can’t call ourselves the victim. Those are your words and not mine. So that’s my point. You’re projecting your truth onto me which is based on your own worst day cycle and your own trauma. I have never use that phrase. What I have said is we are responsible for the part we play.
      That recalibration of my words is your trauma history and not mine.

    • @africandash51
      @africandash51 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Johnny is the victim. You need to listen to all of the recordings. Amber has abused johnny, her sister, and her ex gf. She should be in jail.

    • @avahart2301
      @avahart2301 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Johnny is definitely the victim here. Most jails are FILLED with people that have had HORRIBLE things done to them in childhood, yada, yada, yada... doesn't excuse their criminal behavior. The only reason Amber won't face criminal charges at this point is because of the statue of limitations on her (at this point) well documented crimes. She got away with lying for a long time and everybody believed her, but everything is coming out now. I find it immensely troubling to, now that it's mostly understood she is an abuser, shift from Johnny is an abuser/monster to they both were bad to each other, they both abused each other. That is NOT fairness. Equal blame for unequal wrong is VERY UNFAIR.
