    For awhile I've suspected I've been suffering the detrimental effects of sleep deprivation. For years I've tried to subsist on 6 hours' sleep per night or less. And now I know.
    Labile emotions. Distractability. Burnout. Depression. Inflammation (knee pain). All me.
    Wow. Just. WOW.

    Great Talk. His study of night shift workers and the effects of light exposure on adaptation to night shift schedules was hugely influential.
