Honestly though, has anyone else noticed how a disproportionate amount of musical geniuses have "J" names?:
J.S.Bach, John Coltrane, John Williams, Jimi Hendrix, Quincy Jones, Michael Jackson, Keith Jarrett, John Patittucci, Joe Pass, Antonio Carlos Jobim, Joao Gilberto, Billy Joel, Elton John, Scott Joplin...just a few off the top of my head. So, it's better not to think about a godhood level musician outperforming another godhood level musician of a much higher degree. We mortals have an absolute limit too, you know😭
Okay as a huge fan of Hiromi I loved this. Never seen anyone make a meme out of one of her videos. Please make more videos like this
A Hiromi video is definitely in the running to be one of the upcoming 6 Level videos, it just might happen!
TheRoneZone I recommend checking out her trio rather than the sonicbloom series. I know the videos are very popular, but it’s worth finding her amazing solos with the trio and of course her solo work. But, if you just want some meme material I guess you could go with her older vids.

Searching "cziffra flight of the bumblebee" or "cziffra sabre dance" are two examples.

Hiromi is amazing. I was in a 1,000 seat auditorium and she slayed with just a grand piano. She is top ten in the world.
The editing on the Jacob speech at the Grammys and the Corea/Hiromi 'interaction' was genius, I wonder if they've ever seen it. My guess is they would find it very funny. If you like jazz and you haven't heard the two Chick/Hiromi collabs, they are REALLY worth a listen.
Most anything by Jacob is too, obviously. His 'Flintstones' and 'Don't Stop' are good starting points, IMHO, if you don't know his work. Not as much a fan of some of his newer stuff, but probably I'm in the minority. Hopefully he will wrap around a bit after some of this experimentation...gotta follow your star...nothing wrong with that. That 'kid' is a genius.
Everybody you feature in this video is a genius, in one respect or another. Certainly applies to the guy with the slow vertical clap, if I recognized him correctly (QJ?). :-) He and Chick could make a pile out of their Grammys you could climb to a second floor over (practically), and Jacob might surpass both of them, maybe even put together, we will see.
I see people griping about the sorry state of current music. REALLY??? Step out of most of the pop crap (yes, I'm a boomer) and the current musical talent is STELLAR! And I mean composition, arranging, performing, all aspects of it, and in every category, classical, jazz, a TINY bit of pop, etc. :-)
Here's a piece of classically oriented writing with a definite contemporary additions I just heard by an all around pianist/composer that is excellent, MHO. And this guy can arrange ANYTHING into real music, pop, game music, movie music, you name it. How about this:
