I was in Lindos last year and from your video, the sunbathing deck at St Paul's bay was added this year. That was probably a good investment, as they have really good drinks and food too, and gives the visitor a broader choice than just the sun beds. They are between 40-70 euros for 2 beds, but St Pauls is a must! Your video gave me such a feeling, that place is one of the most stunning places, and its so calm. Thank you for your video!

Just a few kms south you find my favorite beach of the island. It stretches in several kms, the water is deep and crystal clear, spectacular. Between Kiotari, Gennadi, down to plimmyri.
If you have the time, you should really consider driving around the mainland. You can drive north from Athens or west from Thessaloniki to the zagori region. Not many tourists make it up there and I think you would love it. It’s home to many stone villages which are connected with hiking trails. The vikos gorge is like the Grand Canyon of Greece. The nature and the villages are incredible picturesque.

I love Lindos. We've stopped there 3 times. Swimming in St Paul's bay was fantastic. We rode donkeys through the town towards the Acropolis. It's my favourite place on the island of Rhodes.

Thanks for the video guys, yes Lindos is a lovely little village, a nice walk up to the Acropolis with some stunning views, I went last year & yes it was busy with the narrow streets & busy beaches, plus coach tours turning up, but as it's a nice place to visit it's pretty busy all year long, enjoy!
Thanks for the video :) Lindos is really nice. Love Old Town as well, but new town is totally OK as well, best bubble tea in the city I ever tried & my girls likes the shopping haha. We have been to Rhodes 3 times and we like it, not to far to visit from Sweden & one of the few greek islands that still takes tourists end of october when the kids have no school for a week. The weather is also still very nice then, not too warm but not to cold either, around 25 during the day & perhaps a sweater in the evening some nights. And also so little tourists and that's great I think :) Renting a car and explore is really nice, Monolithos is nice to visit & the best beach so far, but plenty more to explore is Tsambika Beach. Hopefully it will be another trip in the future but the Philippines awaits in a few weeks :) Have a great continuation on your journey wherever it takes you :)
My 2nd home. I've been coming here since ny parents introduced me in the early 1990s. My dad's parents introduced him in the 60s. Not a great deal has changed look wise... I'm going back to visit my parents in Sept :)
Glad both you enjoyed Lindos. The part where you're lying at timestamp 17:13 was built this year. In general some of the beaches do look quite different Thai year compared to September last year. The reason behind it is that in may the licenses for the next 3 years were auctioned and a bigger "investor" snapped some of them for quite a hefty some. The Lindos beach was 900k if I do remember correctly. The second beach you've visited in Lindos also didn't hat such a sunbed overload last September. It's kinda sad but there still lots of beautiful beaches where the sunbed licenses are owned by locals with fair prices for them and enough space between them. But nevertheless the Lindos beaches are gorgeous as the village itself. Most regale sunbeds were last year between 10 and 20€ in total. Of course the big ones are more expensive but now at some beaches the prices have increased. Also the east coast is best for swimming while the west coast for kite surfing and stuff like that. The whole video I got flashbacks of my last visit of Lindos

I really would like to go up to see the Lindos acropolis however my youngest son is disabled and so I don't think it would be possible for us to go up there with wheelchair?. I may just admire what I can see of it down below from the beach. I'm looking forward to exploring the greek rhodes culture very much 😊
You guys should check out Agathi beach! Super nice. Also check out the buttleflies and monolythos Also closer to town is tsiambika beach! With its monastery on the peak of the mountain!

Lindos is beautiful, we only stay out of season, in summer we stay in a village just south of it, and drop in when we want the experience. 🇬🇷

Old town rhodes is pretty cool too. I was swimming in that lindos bay a few years ago. Definitely will be back some day.
I did snorkelling in that bay with my wife and kids thirty five years ago on a day trip from another part of island.
We are traveling to Rhodes the 2nd of august. Looking forward to this all! Thanks for the video's! I only hope the heat is going to be allright.
