It's used to be pretty rare for a casino to last this long on the strip. We hope the pyramid sticks around for a while longer, it was a lot of fun and it' so iconic.

Well done on your comprehensive tour of the Luxor. I've been wanting to stay in a pyramid room for many many years. We finally were able to a couple years ago and again last year. Although the resort is dated, we still enjoyed our stay here and was also comped our meal for getting stuck in the elevator. LOL. All in all, we had fun both visits. The construction and architecture of the Luxor are really appealing to me. Nice job on your video. Have a great day.
This was our first time staying at the Luxor, it's still an awe inspiring resort, especially when you first walk in. Yeah, the elevators were a little sketchy. Thanks for coming back to Vegas with us!

Well, for sure it’s older, but we’ve taken many comped rooms in Vegas and Atlantic City and other places and honestly, we love it. We spent such a little time at the room and we go on vacation. Honestly, we could care less where we stay time we resort we stay at based on the gym because We like to start our vacation days with a good workout in the morning and then head out from there is also a good selling point for us
And also honestly, Carrot top put on a magnificent show and also one of the least expensive shows and it is there at the Luxor. We seen it twice over the years and our stomachs and faces hurt from laughing so hard each time.
Good for you guys, we always pack like we're going to work out but rarely do. We'll try to cover more of the Gym's. We don't like filming in there with people... kind of awkward... and it seems like there are always people in these gyms on the strip.
Carrot top is such a good show! We would go back. We're big fans now, he just had a guest appears on the HOB/Max show Hacks, good show btw.

Hi guys! It was interesting that the hotel is now toning the theme down a bit and concentrating on increasing the feeling of luxury. The shows looked great and I loved the giant-sized games. Really a great thorough video on the Luxor, I haven't been there in years...the room looks the same, very dated for sure! If I remember correctly the Hacienda used to be next door where the Mandalay Bay is now....we did enjoy both those hotels in the 90's! Food was always good too...I always liked it because it was so small, never stayed in the tower part, always in the pyramid part! What an awesome review...

It looked like they've been working on refurbishing the rooms. We expected more wear and tear in the room honestly but it was nice. Thanks for returning to the Luxor with us!

Well for starters the steak looked delicious! What a huge lobby and how great to get a free room! 4000 rooms wow! Its interesting what you say about the theming and makes complete sense as like you say it gives you no reason to return, you would just try a different one! The ceilings on the way to your room and the decor in general look a bit naff. Your room was a good size and certainly looks comfortable and well equipped but needs a bit of attention. No coffee maker is a biggy for us, as are the lack of outlets.
We bet you guys had much nicer places during your Lake Garda trip, those videos were so beautiful! You're not going to find many of the common amenities in a strip hotel that you would in a regular hotel. I think we've just gotten used to it now and are pleasantly surprised when we stay other places LoL. Thanks for checking out the luxor with us!

@@HereToCheersGina and Robert, this year’s cake was from a Hungarian deli near us and it was delicious. Just go to a Hungarian or European cafe and you might be able to order it. It is called Esterházy cake and comes with vanilla cream that is sandwiched between layers of walnut-infused sponge cake and topped with a thin layer of fondant. Stay Fluffy! (Eric)
@@TheFluffiesChannel did a little google searching and found a Hungarian Market on the other side of Vegas, next time we're over that way might have to stop in!

Great content! Very detailed. Automation is becoming a thing and machines ask for a tip which is annoying! Vegas got a lot to offer and stuff to do and also the quickest way to go bankrupt if you’re not careful 😂

We enjoyed your complete tour of the Luxor and handy information given, Gina and Robert. Have to admit I somewhat fail to see the attraction of the Body Exhibit especially with the skin removed. 🤔😮Tut would interest me more and we have seen the Blue Man show in Chicago and love it! Also would enjoy seeing Carrottop. Looked like some nice dining options when you include Mandalay Bay. Lovely well appointed room even without a view. Can't help the wallpaper! 🤣🤣We don't belong to the MGM rewards program. It did make for a good price, especially in Vegas today. I can't help but go back to the days of old when everything was extremely inexpensive including flights, rooms, food and most of the shows. (hot shows were not) But those days have passed by and it's much more expensive now. We enjoyed the tour and review!

Good review guys! I can't say no to comped rooms either! LOL stay away from the heat of Vegas. Food seemed like it was just okay depending where you eat. I hate timeshare people too haha.. thanks guys for the walkaround. Last time I was there was a few years ago. Definitely needs a little refresher..

We came over from the Traveling Tramps channel and subscribed. Enjoyed the video and learning more about the pyramid. It is massive! The prices are very high, but I guess that can be expected. The walk to your room was sketchy. The room was very room and looked nice, especially for a comp room. Glad you had a good stay.
