Well, when we were known as Britannia, the 767's were always our largest aircraft, and could fly much further than the others so they were used on all longhaul routes from the UK - (Florida, Mexico, Caribbean, Jamaica, Goa. etc, and to Barbados, where our Caribbean cruise ships are based. (Pax are either be taken directly to the ship, or can add a week in Barbados, either before or after the cruise. They were also used for high capacity, short-haul routes that needed very high passenger capacity but short flight times (I believe Britannia/TUI have the certification for absolute maximum passengers that could be carried. Extra seat rows were added for these and there was no premium cabin. Very unusually for the Boeing 767, seating layout on they (and most Euro charter airlines using them) was 2-4-2, instead of the industry standard 2-3-2. So it was not unusual to see them doing PMI/MAH/TFS/ALC in summer from LGW/MAN/BHX. Then came the 787's which replaced all the 767's (except high capacity shorthaul 767 flights from MAN) All the other 767's were distributed between the other TUI airlines in Europe, mostly Scandinavia, Netherlands, and Belgium (I think.) At the moment, with everything grounded, and demand for package holidays dropping. I'm quite sure the 767's will finally be gone from they family soon. Sad as it was always my favourite to look at (even as a child,) and to work on later (but only shorthaul! The comfortable 787 is another world altogether 😊 ) I hope I've been a littlehelp. We got put off the plane in Gran Canaria good job I had pesetas that long ago then we where 4 hours waiting on that plane to fly from Gran Canaria to lanzarote one week of not good weather 2nd week a lot better
It took us 9 hours to get there one time a storm from the Sahara diverted to Gran Canaria then eventually flew to lanzarote it was a twenty minute flight

Thanks for Watching. No difference, its the delivery code assigned to the airline the aircraft first went to, by Boeing. 36 is BAs order code and 8A is a leasing company.

When I fly I prefer at least economy plus cause I’m at least 6’ tall and need the extra legroom. If I ran an airline, I would require an economy plus product cause it’s a great option for budget conscious travelers who need more legroom.
Great Video! I flew on this aircraft in August 2018 from Manchester to Boa Vista. I've just read that it has been stored at Shantou Jieyang Chaosan (SWA/ZGOW) in November 2018. Does anyone know why this is?
Apparently the Boa Vista flights are going to be replace by 787's but at the moment the runway isn't long enough for them to land/take off. They were supposed to extend the runway 2 years ago but still haven't started!
Thanks Mate. I pre-booked it when I was booking the flight since it's an added extra. The extra legroom seats cost £20 per person, each way. It's well worth it, especially with the engine view I got.

I tried to find out what was wrong with that Emirates 777... all i could find out is that a Emirates 777F landed at prestwick with the new engine. Still cant find out what was wrong with the engine.
