We never look at Doctors and think they are human just like us. We often think they are immune and have a magic wand. Because of Sanjay, I have a totally different view of my Cardiologist. He's a human being, just a man performing a job. For his own quality and length of life, he has to deal with the same issues. It is our responsibility to educate ourselves and practice healthy living. A little magic, maybe, but mostly common sense. Thank you for reminding us. And take heed! 💕

I wish you could add this to the assessment that is made in hospital. Cardiology patient for almost 20 years no-one asked about my childhood or my stress in life ever. This is SO important. Thank you for your videos you are emotionally very intelligent aswell as a brilliant Dr 👌👍

Thank you. Developed allergic asthma and eustachian tube dysfunction nine years ago. The clicking in the ears and enflamed lungs has been rough yearly. I would like to relocate but that is too expensive. Now, it is affecting my heart rate. Your calm demeanor and heartfelt words are appreciated. Much joy and health. Blessings always.

Your discussion on health or stress was great! I think you hit the nail on the head. Success shouldn't be measured br material possessions but by experiences and investment in relationships with loved ones. Recently I had a severely stressful situation and decided to end all contact with family members. After a time decided to allow the relationship of a niece to continue. Recently I've had numerous health scares and I feel lucky that I have someone who cares. Your practice will benefit from your views and so will your patients. Keep up your podcasts please you are uniquely understandable and your delivery is beneficial to many.

I have always a high heart rate (85-95), but when I go to the cardiologist, it is never a problem for him (he said after a Holter test that during night it lows to regular levels, I also got an effort test and an echocardiogram) and this is only "emotional", so that I shouldn't worry about that. But, when I read about it on the internet, people usually say that this is a risk for heart disease. Doctor Gupta, can you make one of your videos explaining heart rate, and how to low it naturally?
