I’ve been towing heavy fifth wheels for the past 20 years. Never once experienced this chucking you mention. I prefer using the 5th wheel hitch a 100 to one over GN. I even added king pins to all 3 of my GN trailers. I hook and unhook trailers constantly and the 5th wheel is far easier safer and faster. Bed space???? Never been an issue. I farm and still throw water I need in back of truck along with my 100 gallon fuel tank. I can remove my hitch faster than you can hook up a GN. No GN rides and toes better than a fifth wheel. This video is pure marketing bs from someone that doesn’t know better.

WOW, that is a great question. Before we swapped out our hitch to the Gen-Y, we contacted Brinkley who stated that they would cover the warranty, even though Lippert has said that would not. So, we went ahead with the swap. But, the only way to know if your manufacturer covers the warranty would be to reach out o them and ask.
Yes, you are correct. Lippert will not warranty the frame with a Gen-Y gooseneck. But, Brinkley will cover the warranty. They have been very public about this, and even put it in writing.

We got ours as a $400 option right from Brinkley for our G3250.
Nice! that is a better deal that we got through ExpertVoice. We also heard that it is now an opton on newly ordered Z models.

None...Lippert states if you use any gooseneck other than the Reese Goosebox your frame warranty is void.
