sir, i have a question that in case of irregular building by stiffness and center of mass upto 5% as per Is code, is always necessary to consider for normal residental building upto 3/4 storey; which is already designed architecturally and can not change its design so how to analyse??

For low rise building you can ignore structural irregularities, Just make sure designed building stable enough to resist eternal loads.
