MODEL,ANALYSIS & DESIGN OF PILE CAP WITH PILE IN ETABS.
CORRECTION: Kh & Kv I have put here in kN/m unit, but it will be in kN/mm unit. Horizontal Stiffness can be determined in different ways. Here used simplified procedure.

What is fhe stiffness modifier of pilecap? Use 0.35 as same as beam or we dont need to cracked pilecap.
What is the difference between ETABS and SAFE if ETABS can model everything we need (e.g. pile cap, flat slab)?

Brother is there any way to assign point spring as compression only because here in Etabs i have not seen anything like safe to define this as compression only.

Do you insert kv at the beginning and end of the pile?
Boss the value of Kh & Kv, is it in kN/mm? Because in ETABS it is kN/m. Thanks.

Why is there top reinforcement at pile cap top face??? I mean bottom should be required there but top for which force....if it's just distribution

you have big mistake dear .you put values for kh and kv in kn/m same values in kn/mm that meaninig you must put 66000kn/m NOT 66.6KN/m. plz correct it

Not Calculated. Where it's not applicable to check Punching shear there it shows N/C.

If 2 pile cap overlaps then provide combined pile cap. For example, 1 pile cap having 4 piles & another pile cap having 3 Piles, if they overlap then provide a Pile Cap of 7 piles.
