sir , Edge distance should be minimum d or 150mm? please clarify. also please help me how will we decide on the basis of soil report and n values and sbc values and ground water table, what type of foundation is required. if it is pile, what length to give?
Pile length should be sufficient enough to carry the vertical pile capacity and reinforcement of the pile should be evaluated on the basis of Lateral Load on the Pile.
What is the criteria for pile liners design

Why permanent liners are used for bored cast in situ pile foundation.. What are criteria for that? Mainly water and soil?
permanent liner are provided where u have to excavate the pile for certain depth and for smooth finish
When total soil is loose or soft condition in such case Permanent liners used and liner thickness should be min 6 mm
