It seems to treat me alright, no stomach issues. I won’t be using it on the bike, only the run, and not as a primary hydration source. I use salt capsules to get most of my sodium intake. But regardless, I don’t mind using the stuff so if I grab some from an aid station I’ll be alright @dogburn

I am planning 2 950ml bottles with a high concentration carb mix, as well as the water tank in the frame that I’ll refill with water from aid stations. Targeting 32oz liquid/hr @Lion-G227

How does that Mortal Hydration treat you? I've been trying to get used to it for the Waco 70.3, but it just doesn't sit well with my stomach.
