In this Episode I enjoy LMS while getting all the points I need from there to purchase future cosmetic upgrades.
I then make new plans for my account and take it in a new direction by first obtaining a Graceful upgrade that not many people get.
Leading me to get massive weapon upgrades.

My cosmetic item definition:
The way I will go about this is an cosmetic item is something that has been cosmetically changed, essentially giving it a different colour or look. For example dark bow paint or a Twisted ancestral colour kits change the item cosmetically.
Another thing is Items that are already cosmetically changed. Stuff like any (g) or (t) armour you get from clues. This does also include 99 capes because they get trimmed when you have 2 or more 99's. So anything that has a base form that's been changed. Items like the decorative pieces from castle wars don't count because they are already in their base form unlike an adamant platebody g which has a base form of a regular adamant platebody.
Rules
- I can only wear and cosmetic items. This also means no punching or kicking monsters as well as not manually casting spells without a cosmetic staff. The same applies for skilling but I can use tools from my inventory just not equip them until I can change them.
- I can also wear imbued and enchanted items. This opens up some other very unique items for me to use, as enchanting or imbuing does cosmetically change items. They basically get a bit lighter but you can't deny it is a cosmetic change.
Exceptions
- The Ammo slot. I can put any items in this slot. This is the only equip able spot that doesn't have to have a cosmetic item in it. This is so it makes all the cosmetic items I can get actually usable like a magic shortbow imbued.
- activities where I have to wear another item for it. For example the gauntlet, LMS and quests. Obviously this is so it doesn't lock me out of quests and items I can get in the future.

I figured out why I like your content so much, you are so in touch with the flowchart mentality of Runescape that keeps me so interested in games in general; "do A so you can do B, do B so you can get C which makes D easier which is a requirement for E, etc" that sort of thing. When you do deep dives into that stuff it's my total favorite! Great video :)

Props to you for not giving up on the Demonslayer quest speed run. That was singlehandedly one of my most frustrating experiences playing osrs. I rage quit after the 4th or 5th fail to either getting jumped by the dark mage or hitting 0's on the demon. I forgot which other quest I did as my 6th, but I couldn't be asked to keep attempting to beat the demonslayer one.
I haven't been that angry at the game in a long time. That quest brings it out of you

In Jeporite's Northern UIM series, Casual LMS was his way of playing the minigame without being matched against PKers super high above his skill level. But they eventually removed it from the game because of bots.
So if normal LMS is now flooded with bots too, then Casual died for nothing.
Oh yeah that place is filled with them. Most games it's only me and 1 other real player. It can even just be me vs all bots

You don't need an impling jar when catching barehanded, but I guess you need a stack of them for efficient treasure trails?

the LMS montage was sick, love that sort of "to the beat" edits, and i do know they take quite a while to do from personal experience...
one gripe i have with this video tho is that the thumbnail reveals that the upgrade you are getting is the quest speedrun graceful, yet during the video itself, at least at the start, you make a big fuss over keeping it a secret, makes the viewer feel like they are being talked down to a bit, but maybe that's just me

I just did my first beginner cluescroll on my f2p hardcore ironman, and got the scimmy kit which was a slap in the face as the only way i can get a rune scimitar is to craft it lol.

Had a thought about your definition of cosmetic item. Couldn't you have just used the basic elemental staves, and any colored cloak from the start? Cloaks can be changed colors with dyes that influences their looks and staves elements can be changed in a house at a high enough construction, which changes their looks. One could say that the elemental staves could be cheating because it changes their function, but so does enchanting, imbuing, trimming, etc. which are already allowed.

I was doing the hunter guild quest on release and me and three other dudes had the speedrunner graceful on at once, I think it’s more popular than most other colors at this point tbh.
After getting it I have noticed it a bit more. I have had a fair number of people ask me what I am wearing though which doesn't happen with other graceful recolours
