Ok, so I blinked and miss Lamb to witness this… zero frame abomination on the second lap. 😳
Seems to me the cause of all those enemies to spawn was when an enemy you kill in a room shoots tears when it dies, it spawns 'x' number of those. Since they too shoot tears when they die it became perpetual until the game slowed so much the remaining enemies deaths could no longer spawn tears.
Question For Sinvicta: If you could adjust item pools, what items would you adjust pools? (Personally, I would love if rock bottom could be included in devil deal items)

An interesting interaction with deaths list and Uranus is enemies that are frozen. Don’t impact this list, he hit the wrong enemy and freeze them. Skull on the correct enemy doesn’t go and you can still get your death list proc

During the Tainted Maggy run, I thought that some perfect synergy items might by the Virus, Serpents Kiss, or Candy Heart.

If you could redesign the look of any boss/enemy, which boss would it be and what changes would you make?
I really enjoy the idea of Death's List, but I gotta agree, it is a rather mediocre item, there are just too many ways for the item to no longer proc on most rooms:
> Some multi-segmented enemies
> Too many enemies / too much micro-managing [not to mention collateral damage, as seen with Brimstone here]
> Enemy spawners
> Flies/spiders/followers/orbitals ruining it
> Invulnerable enemies sometimes
I think it'd be better if it focused on killing the original enemies in the room and considering multi-segmented enemies as one entity purely for Death's List, with it still leaving some issues - at least it would proc more. The pay offs of Death's List are fine as well.

You got more passive items after taking that one on this episode than on the main episode with TM trainer.
When the enemy projectiles land/Isaac takes damage, it was causing the issue.

If you want your kaiju films a little less silly watch Godzilla minus one. It was a new Japanese Godzilla film that came out late last year. It's truly the best modern Godzilla film I've ever seen.
It's so insane that even the human actors( which I absolutely abhor in Kaiju films) were an amazing add-on. It was just Godzilla being a living creature.
No bull like he gains emotions to humans or he's protecting something. He's just living and causing massive destruction casually.

Question of the episode: which item/items would cause you to immediately press the R key (for casual play) if you get them at the start of an Eden run?
Alternatively: which item would you consider an S-tier starting item for an Eden run?
for example IMO "The Mind" as a starting item is S tier, since it can help you plan your next moves/pickups/rerolls without exploring the entire floor and it can potentially save you a few good minutes off a run.

Question of the episode: do you think glitched crown is really worth taking when you lose out of four other potential items you could get later? I never take it because I don’t want to miss out on items that I could get but won’t see again, like hive mind and bffs in the shop on one pedestal. Also accidentally picking up something you don’t want is a risk I don’t want to take, even though I’ve had glitched crown enough to know how to get the right item.

I THINK that your effect was some enemy tears make fatty's. Killing those fatty's spawn 20 of the tears that spawns more fatty's until the game gives up
