Hey, thanks man! I can't tell which ones are my favorite songs because I think the whole symbolic album is a hit parade :) Maybe I will cover some spiritual & human stuff in the future...
It pleases me no end to find another single person on the internet who takes his covers seriously. :) I'm exaggerating a bit of course but still, kudos to you sir!
Thanks! Indeed, Chuck had his own distinctive style of playing and that's why his solos are difficult to imitate. Crystal Mountain's solo is probably one of the easiest death solos. I watched your cover and you are nearly there! Please watch my cover of the same song, I included the tabs in the description.
best death cover, in terms of tone, that i have seen so far, and believe me, i have seen many XD. and you hit every mortherfucking note! please post more \m/
aliexpress man , get chinese version and mod it thats my plan x2n and you are good to go :D the problem is finding the right size of the neck :D cuz it has like sg neck size with 24 frets :D
Hello! Yes, I recommend it you are into this kind of tone. Disadvantages are: -it's not very reliable -jacks might have some loose connections -pots might be noisy because they are old and not good quality -op amp might make some noise also If you find a good one go for it.
@@Anarcissos Thanks for request! One more question, how often should the preamp tube be replaced? I'm attracted to this sound because I'm a Schuldiner fan, despite what you've said.
@@MaXiMuS-gi4mh I can't say really. It will last propably 10-20 years. You don't need to change it very often. But if you change it keep in mind that some 12AX7/ECC83's won't work because the tube is used as a cathode follower and some tubes cannot take the high voltage in that kind of circuit. JJ ECC83 have worked in my 8100's.
what are your settings on the amp? I was lucky enough to find an 8100 for sale locally and I got it for $150. Great amp. I still am having trouble nailing the death tone.
I can't remember what the settings were for this video but you could start something like: Gain: Full Bass: Full Middle: 7-8 Treble: 5-6 Contour: 7,5 Hope this helps!
Actually, just less than a week ago I bought my third one! :D Valvestate head and 1965A cabinet 50 euros :D And from what I can recall I have paid 150e and 200e from the other two heads.
found one as well, just the head for about 80 euros. is it worthy? how's your experience about it? huge death fan here but wouldn't want to spend for an iconic but shitty amp
I ve been playing guitar for a year and I only practice Death, i feel so discouraged watchin you play that solo. You’re insane dude congrats
Great cover. Perfect tone and playing. Awesome job.

Great cover man, it was flawless and the solo, u nailed it. You should do some songs from Human and Leprosy.
Amazing. Bravo, sir. 🤣

It was a TAD 12AX7.
Best ever
It's a TAD 12AX7, but I have been also using JJ ECC83S. There's no significant difference between those two.

Your so lucky to own the stealth, been searching high and low but for years but still no luck, great playing mate!!

Nice!

Sorry, I can't remember what the amp settings were.
any chance you could do a tab for the solo? fantastic cover and tone I wish I had that guitar too.
No but I'm pretty sure you'll find something decent enough from the internet.
It's the tremolo lick with the sweep part that I can't seem to find anything accurate online for. Thanks anyways.
Realy great covers! Subscribed. what string gauge on your stealth in this vid?
Thanks, my string gauge is 10-52!
Well done, \../
Good day bro! I want to ask you some advice can you recommend this amplifier, and what are its disadvantages? Especially when used at home.

I watched Olas video where he was forced to change the tube due to unacceptable sound.

80e not bad, I'd say go for it. You can always sell it if it's not your cup of tea!
