Amazing guide! You can actually craft less of the same item and just discover more of the same with different insignias...it does give you more xp level per discovery after 400. I got between 4-5 level per discovery so i decided to use all the insignias I knew and did craft more different items...ended up with quite a lot of overstock material even though i bought a lot less than the list.

Awesome vid! Got there in the end but beware that some of those Rabid and Dire insignia you have to but direct from the TP. Should have looked to see if you'd done a Chef vid before grinding to Master Chef.
Some of the items are not even included in the list and just magically appear in his inventory

@insomiombiegaming I just wanted to say thankyou for all of your crafting guides I dont think you get the credit you should be getting for your crafting video's they are spot on saving people lots of gold and head aches you should have way more subs than you have come on people share and like his videos I know its a lot of work making these vids show him some love
Followed this guide and spent only 24g but that's normal gathering and doing metas (not sure if metas helped). Also got to level 500 at 12:19 after discovering Soldier's Exalted Coat

Hey, is it a good idea to max out multiple things like tailoring and armorsmithing and cooking etc... on one character?
As even end-game items like ascended and legendary gear are account-bound and not soul-bound, there is no real harm in doing them on one character unless it's a character you don't intend to keep around.
One thing to consider, though, is that as your bank fills up fast, any created items that you've made that cannot be stored in your "ingredients storage" will remain in your personal bag space.... if you have multiple professions, your bags can fill up fast.

I sell my stuff but it may take a while. You can also dismantle to get research notes and for the exotics I chuck them into the mystic forge.

The place you are at, is there a way to get there without a pass?
No unfortunately. I use 4 black lion statuettes which are not too hard to come by. The level 80 areas have a high chance of giving you a black lion key if you do map completion.
