- Big Rob from CelebHeights.com, with a video showing you exactly how much height a pair of Fila Disruptor 2 sneakers add to your height.
These Fila's came out in the 90's and were reintroduced a few years ago.
I found fila disruptor heel height to be quite substantial, well over an inch. They are a very thick sneaker. - บันเทิง

@@RobPaul Hey Rob, I wanted to ask you about height increasing insoles. I've seen your video on them. I was wondering do you have to buy sneakers of larger size if you want to use just the first/base insole (no additional levels attached) or can I just stick to my normal size? I'm not sure how big or comfortable such insoles are. Maybe you could do another video on them and discuss different brands and comfort they provide. Take care and keep the measurings going ;).
Wow I thought they would be the biggest height booster but the Air Max 720s still edge them out by .1 cm. Still its nice to see that they aren't shallow and that they actually give a decent height boost.

So true I like those shoes but I’m 13 and 5’11.7 and people will say summer your tall enough no need to wear platforms and I’m like I’m not 😂
They don’t even improve much height the best I found are basketball shoes their extremely discreet and they definitely boost height also they conceal shoe lifts very easily that’s a double kill I’m 5’11 and when I wear those I go too 6’1 cuase people aren’t barefoot either but technically I’m 6’3 with them on but others wear shoes too so 6’1

I am 176.5 (5’9.5) when I am barefoot and I hate this height :( it makes me feel so short. Now this video proved me that fila disrupter is the best sneakers for me

5’9.5 is literally average or even above average in most countries. In some Asian countries it’s quite tall. You’re probably just focusing on the tall people

Hogans are the tallest he’s done. 2 inches. I’m sure there’s a bunch of regular sneakers out there he hasn’t measured that add around that range

It depends. Average shrinkage is ¾ an inch meaning ur slightly under 5’8 at ur low. But this depends

This reminded me of a friend of mine who said to be 165 cm barefoot, but she usually wore those. She must be no more than 162 cm barefoot.
Hey Rob, I was 5ft 8 at nearly 13 years old, what would have been my height if we're going off by the height predictor scale? By the way, my mother is in the 5ft 2 range and my father was close to 6ft 3.

@John Saunders I actually turned out to be 181 cm with long limbs, 193.4 wing span and a 34 inch inseam. I'm 19 years old so there's still a small possibility I could grow. My brother is also over 6ft.
@@alejandrosandoval8362 That's a decent amount of growth after the age of 13 to 14 years old. I only grew slightly over 3 inches after the age of 13 years old. I'm 19 years old though so there's a small possibility I could grow.
@@RobPaul I was just curious because whenever I use those height predictor scales, it can range from 5ft 11 to 6ft without weight included, but 6ft 2 to 6ft 4 with the inclusion of weight.
@minecraft creeper Yh, it depends on the individual, I'm still within the same height range at 20 years old between 181 to 182 cm depending on the time of day. I believed I could have been slightly taller than I currently am if I incorporated more food and exercise when I was 11 - 14 years old.
