Sims really needs a mentor, ala Tyson Chandler. He needs someone to teach him great defensive rotations and help on the weak side, rebounding positions and tricks, and doing the little things. His athletic upside is already dare I say on par with prime Deandre Jordan or Tyson Chandler (Athletically speaking), but his potential to be a great cutting and rebounding big should be further enhanced.

Imagine this guy on a team that just needs def & off rebs like bos or GS, can pass like okc & den or runs like mem or ind. Knicks don't seem to want to encourage him to shoot n never feed him plays n now even mins. Needs to get on a team that's a better fit than ny!
