Nobody has come close to MJ; Kobe created his own game even though he was influenced greatly by MJ. Same with Duncan, Iverson, Crawford, Payton, etc... All different and unique. • @inexpugnabilis
      @inexpugnabilis 8 หลายเดือนก่อน +4

      @@trainerrob1622 As a Kobe fan, I have to agree! During the early 00's or around the millennium the convo about the best players of that position has been between Vince, T-Mac and AI. Kobe was great during the three-peat era and had some great moments like that 51 point game vs Antawn Jamison and also during his playoff run in 2001 especially against the Kings and Spurs. But with Shaq he even admitted having an advantage. Vince's 2001 playoff run meanwhile is kinda underappreciated. Especially against the Knicks he came up clutch and also had an overall great battle vs AI in the second round. If that jumper in Game 7 went in, maybe Vince could've went even further, but nevertheless his performances were outstanding given the fact he really had no help. If T-Mac decided to stay longer in Toronto they easily would've went to the Finals.

    Smoothest basketball player to ever play. Highlight dunks, ton of game winners, excellent ball handling skills, spectacular at finishing at the rim, great under pressure, above average passer, moves great without the ball, tough to defend, went head to head against all the greats.. overall a blueprint of the perfect basketball player.

    There's not enough that could be said about Vince Carter & as KB 24 Fan I could definitely say he Motivated LA #8 & T-mac to be da Best in the league as he was the proto type of the New/improved Super athletic+versatile Guard/of the new Millennium. I mean a fast break & Highlights Wildly exciting Machine, almost like watching clips of Smackdown wrestling but better cause he was that unbelievably real & Dat DUNK in the Olympics....Super Saiyan legendary esp since I was Fortunate to watch it live on TV ...it was like he opened the door to a New/unseen dimension. Truly (HALF MAN/AMAZING) 4 Real.

    The first three dunks of Vince in this clip show why he was the best in-game dunker. A reverse windmill off the drive, a 360 and a poster with one of the best shotblockers of his time.
    This guy had more reverse alley-oop buzzer beaters than Jordan had reverse dunks in his career 😂 That's just insane!

  • @AlexanderMoen

    man, you know, he gets lots of attention for his vicious dunks (as he should), but nailing 8 3's in a row and hitting so many game winners? I forgot about all of that.
    This is arguably one of the greatest mix tapes around. It's not 10 minutes of slow motion plays with lots of replays and different angles. It's legitimately Vince wreaking havoc on teams every 5 seconds for an ungodly jaw-dropping 10 minutes, where you think the intensity couldn't possibly keep up, but it just keeps on keeping on.
    Man, what a great player and what a great career.

    • @MaxaMillion711
      @MaxaMillion711  8 หลายเดือนก่อน +9

      💯 - for people like me who watched all his games, we all knew VC was on this all around level. But the national media and NBA marketed VC as “he’s just a dunker”. It’s a real shame. He worked hard on his game. His passing. His jumper. His leadership. His clutch shots.
      And he was left off All-NBA teams, he was left off the NBA 75th team. He was written off after the year 2003 by most people, when his BEST overall years were 2005-07.
      That’s why it’s important for me to release these videos. Because people legitimately didn’t know VC was a walking bucket and NBA legend. More than a dunker.
