Ingredients: 400g coconut milk / 600g milk / 40-100g sugar (add more sugar if you like it sweeter) / 60g cake flour / 60g unsalted butter.
Tips: Use pure coconut milk for coconut milk. It is best not to use drinks with added sugar and water.

這個做法跟雪花糕很類似,配方都以牛奶為主,雪花糕是牛奶加玉米粉,若想提升風味就添加鮮奶油,所以不加奶油應該也行,風味可能有差
