    this is the type of review ive been looking for for the totepack! i am planning on buying this but still not sure if i want the classic size or the mini totepack

      Which did you end up getting?

      I ended up getting one from ikea mainly because it’s similar but it has more pockets in the inside for organization xD

      mini tote is too small and uncomfortable to function as a backpack

      @@angiec.1941I literally did that too, still planning on getting something of higher quality but the ikea one is working well so far

    Im loving this Totepack!, I wanted a more adult style bag which could turn into a backpack so I could pick up my toddler and baby when needed. A little hack, I bought the shoulder pads which stay hidden low and behind when used as a tote, of course I cannot clip them to the bag, but thats ok because when it turns into a back pack I can easily slide them up, and back down when I carry it as a tote.

      How well do the shoulder pads work? I contacted Fjallraven to ask, and they said they can't be used with the Totepack

    The smaller version has adjustable straps but I prefer simpler look with no buckle

  • @apdelga
    @apdelga 4 ปีที่แล้ว +24

    The only issue with it is as stated that the backpack isn’t adjustable, I got it and I’m not sure I will keep it only because of that.

    I initially chose this totepack over the Kanken until i found out about the issue bout the back strap. Back straps are too short for my liking. Still hangs way up even fully extended. I ended up purchasing my Kanken and I couldn’t be any happierrrr. If they can fix the strap issue, i would surely purchase one.

      I agree with you. I’ve tried the mini totepack and it has the same issue, i was about to try the regular totepack but after reading your comment i’ll just pass on the totepack till they resolve this issue

      uhm idk if you care about this 3 years later but if you get the color "fog" it gets dirty but no one can tell. I've learned that the kanken fabric the darker the color the more "dusty" it will get

    I got this but I just didn’t like it. I didn’t understand the front strap. Plus why not make the straps adjustable. It was sturdy though and a good size, but I couldn’t get past that strap hanging if you wear it as a backpack. I also didn’t like that it wasn’t really going to support your shoulders if you wore it as a backpack. I think they could do better.

      Is it sturdy enough that it can stand on its own if I just put it on the floor?

    I wish they would just make the strap adjustable. I think about buying one and making my own strap for it but that’s an expensive bag to cut up.
