This looks just like the recipe I use for soda bread. I love that you removed the bread from the tin and put it back to bake some more when the loaf was structurally strong enough. It certainly contributes to a crisp crust which is the best part (in my opinion).

I make soda bread in the oven with Greek natural yogurt and 20% mixture of coarse ground wholewheat flour and white. I will try it in the air fryer at lower heat for as long as it takes to cook especially turning it over. Can you buy the tin with handle?
I have a couple of questions for the buttermilk I messed up the measurement and added a half cup of milk instead of 1 1/2 when I realize this I add a cup of milk I'm not sure if that's going to mess up the dough and also is it okay if I leave the dough resting in the fridge for a almost a day I only have resting in the fridge because my air fryer had been having problems today so I'm not able to cook the dough for the day

Yes, it’s correct in written recipe but F & C are the wrong way round, on screen, for the cooking temps - should be 380F or 190C (not 380C or 190F) 😊
