I find you really impressive and I sometimes watch videos like these to see if there are others like me as well. I'm not ready for marriage yet, but will be soon (like a year or 2). We might not be compatible but maybe we could just say hi from time to time since we have some similarities. You're particularly impressive because you're good looking. Being a virgin in itself is not a virtue. But anyway, I hope you see this and I hope you're interested Summer. Cool name by the way. My real name is Steve, not so cool, but in my branch my name means the cross (Greek-Orthodox).
Hi! I really appreciate the discussion around intimacy, waiting until marriage, etc. because there is not nearly enough open discussion around this for a lot of people. I am a medical student in my final year of school, interested in Obstetrics & Gynecology and so I think it is important to dispel some misinformation I feel you shared about birth controls. Birth control is not abortion. I think it's important as Christians not to feed into misinformation because it makes our community more susceptible to (often warranted) public scrutiny and makes our women & girls much less informed on their own health care. Here is a summary of birth controls and how they work as well as explanation of how they are not abortion: 1. Combined oral contraceptive pills (OCPs) - prevent ovulation (release of an egg) or follicular development. This is not abortion because this works by preventing pregnancy before fertilization even occurs. The Patch and Nuvaring work the same way. 2. Progestin-only oral contraceptive pills - thicken cervical mucus which prevents sperm from travelling into the uterine tubes to fertilize an egg. This is not abortion as it works by preventing sperm from meeting the egg, before fertilization occurs. 3. Depo-provera/“The Shot” - suppresses ovulation, same rationale as combined OCPs. 4. Intrauterine Copper IUD (also used as a form of “Plan B”) - this is spermicidal. This is the only form of contraception that may impair implantation of a fertilized egg. However, there has been no definitive evidence that IUD users have higher rates of embryonic loss than women not using contraception so the copper IUD is not considered to be an abortifacient. If this is something of concern to you then this may be the form of birth control to avoid. The side effect profile of Copper IUDs is also quite undesirable (heavier/more painful periods). 5. Intrauterine Hormonal IUD - thickens cervical mucus like progestin only pills. 6. Plan B pills - prevent ovulation. If you have already ovulated, Plan B pills will NOT stop you from getting pregnant. They are not abortion. 7. Natural family planning/fertility awareness method - abstinence during your fertile/ovulation window. 8. Surgical sterilization - i.e. getting your tubes tied or vasectomy. Not abortion. 9. Barrier methods such as condoms - most people know this is not abortion. These are the only form of contraception that protect against sexually-transmitted diseases. For the intimacy part, society and movies has glorified it being super intimate so much that when you do it in real life especially if you waited till marriage that you'll feel like something is wrong with you when in fact it's normal. And the intimacy in the movies are performed by professionals. Meaning they're experienced in having s-x so of course they'll have a lot of intimacy. So excited for you guys! My husband and I actually just did a little bit of research on the birth control pill (all kinds/brands) as I used to be on the pill. They all abort babies from the Christian perspective because we believe pregnancy starts at conception, while the world will say that pregnancy starts when the fertilized egg implants/latches onto the uterine wall. Birth control actively thins the lining of the uterus to make sure a fertilized egg cannot attach and, therefore, causes it to die. If you are a Christian, I would choose natural ways to avoid pregnancy :)
I did a lot of research on birth control as a Christian as well and for us birth control like the pill, patch and shot and and condoms are used by many of our Christian friends. We also go by it’s a matter of self conscious these methods & for the couple to decide. I understand the thinning of the lining of the uterus but I feel like naturally when having sex millions of sperm die regardless because wether using a condom they also die eventually because there not even going into the vagina, they stay in a condom. Even during natural contraception, all the other sperm eggs die.

Id like to add to this that although birth control can be great for regulating cycles for PCOS (which can help fertility), for pain during endometriosis it can actually lead to infertility!! Please keep this in mind when using birth control. And although Birth control can be used as a tool for these issues it should never be your first resort but your last option. I don’t think saying there’s nothing off limits in the bedroom is wise- I feel like anything that involves another person or is abusive is not honoring to God
I thought we were pretty clear about the fact that we are ONLY intimate with each other (because we follow a Biblical view of marriage) and we would never abuse or harm one another in any way (because we follow a Biblical view of marriage). Of course those things are off limits, the only reason we didn't mention them because they're never even a thought in our minds.
ok like I'm really not tryna be a hater or anything, I love your content, but this video (or at least the first 5 minutes) felt very censored, like I understand why, but it just kinda defeats the purpose, but then again, I understand , maybe I'll just ask someone in real life
Yes. They’re actually abominable as anything having to do with the arts and things of that nature are abominable to Jesus. Essentially, for them to be effective you have to get info from the fallen angels.
Love your videos! But I just wanted to say that "birth control" ( i.e - hormonal contraceptive like the pill, patch, IUD etc...) is not the same things as an abortion. Hormonal contraceptives prevent conception/pregnancy and are not the same thing as a medical abortion. There are oral forms of abortions but they are different than the contraceptive pill :). But everyone should talk to their health care providers and do their own research on contraceptives to find what is best for them!
@@NastasiaGrace I am not familiar with any hormonal contraceptives that cause abortion, which pills are you referring to? From my understanding contraceptive and abortion pills are 2 separate pills that serve 2 separate purposes.
Talking about hormonal contraceptives as a form of abortion is SO incorrect, misleading and offensive to so many women. Educate yourself, please, and in a scientific way.
Please try to refrain from using the phrase “staying pure.” It implies that people who have sex just to have sex (which is a perfectly normal human behavior) are somehow impure or “less than.”
@@B4577-x9d Treating all people with respect and not putting them down or belittling them (perhaps unintentionally) is a pretty low bar and should be easy to do if you take a moment to consider not everyone has the same views. Simply pointing out that sometimes we use language we don’t even realize can be hurtful to others. Not sure why you felt the need to object to a call for human decency. (Again, I recognize many times people do not mean to be hurtful, which is why I pointed out something people may not have realized.)
There's no opinion or belittling about it. We believe that the Bible is the Holy Word of God and it literally sex before marriage is considered impure in the eyes of God. But OF COURSE there can be redemption from that. None of us are perfect including me and there are loads of sins i have to repent for on the daily!
I understand where the "staying pure" statement comes from and why it is used. But, I can see why some people would feel like it's looking down on others who aren't waiting until marriage. It's not. No one is less than. However as Christians we believe God's plan is for us to have sex within marriage. Sex is designed to create children and having sex actually releases a hormone called oxytocin which causes bonding. It's meant to bond you to someone and can cause a lot of hurt when a break up or separation happens since there is attachment emotionally and physically. Again, no one is less than because they have not waited. A bunch of my friends have not waited but they are not less than at all. I personally plan on waiting since that is what I believe to be the best for me.
@JC Productions are you talking to me? Sure, I’m insecure about a lot of things lol. But no, I have never had sex. Just a feminist. Some people do care about others and come to their defense even if the issue doesn’t affect them personally.
To me it sounds like your not man enough to realize that this is a true man. He’s caring and loving to his wife and others, honest, strong in his faith, strong in what he believes in and that is what a lot of woman want in a man
Okay but can we just admire how the first 30 seconds are GOLD 😂💕

@@marielou2365 No yeah for sure PCOS birthcontrol is really helpful for fertility i jsut know that i was told for endometriosis, the birth control can cause more scarring even though it helps with pain :(( I wish you the best on your health journey. PCOS sounds like a very difficult thing to go through having known some people who have been diagnosed after years of not knowing what was wrong
@@robyn905 oh sorry, I didn‘t read it correctly, thought you were talking about pcos 🙈 yes, it‘s not fun but I personally am lucky that I don‘t have a severe form of it and my gynecologist and I can handle it. The only thing that would be difficult is when I decide to have children 😬... wish you the best with endometriosis ❤️! How do you deal with it? Is there anything that can be done that helps you with it?
@@marielou2365 I am not diagnosed with it, nor do i believe i have it but i had a scare the other week because i have been getting pelvic pain before my menstr. cycle (one out of the handful of symptoms of endo) and used google as a diagnosis even though it was completely normal to have mild pelvic pain . Anyway long story short i spent hours researching endometriosis and crying from watching other women talk about their experience. Needless to say i feel for the heart of every woman with either endo or PCOS. Im keeping tabs on my symptom and PMS patterns because you never know but for now i think im okay :,) I pray you will have healthy beautiful children God willing, when you do. Have a great week!

Are they wedding rings?
Nastasia, would you do some Bible studies with your husband? He's wise, it would be so Nice!

Great video
Getting hurt in a car reck can be devastating.
Post marriage Q&A - 😆
24:40-24:49 DO IT!!!!
Awwww #goals 😭😭😭😭
Love love you look great ❤️
ok like I'm really not tryna be a hater or anything, I love your content, but this video (or at least the first 5 minutes) felt very censored, like I understand why, but it just kinda defeats the purpose, but then again, I understand , maybe I'll just ask someone in real life
grace are tarot cards sinful? btw congratulations!
absolutely, they’re a form of divination and witchcraft
Yes. They’re actually abominable as anything having to do with the arts and things of that nature are abominable to Jesus. Essentially, for them to be effective you have to get info from the fallen angels.
Her problem with him is just something all guys have
*sips tea*
Love your videos! But I just wanted to say that "birth control" ( i.e - hormonal contraceptive like the pill, patch, IUD etc...) is not the same things as an abortion. Hormonal contraceptives prevent conception/pregnancy and are not the same thing as a medical abortion. There are oral forms of abortions but they are different than the contraceptive pill :). But everyone should talk to their health care providers and do their own research on contraceptives to find what is best for them!
True there ARE some birth control options that arent abortion but there ARE some that are including some forms of the hormonal pill.
@@NastasiaGrace I am not familiar with any hormonal contraceptives that cause abortion, which pills are you referring to? From my understanding contraceptive and abortion pills are 2 separate pills that serve 2 separate purposes.
An iud is a form of abortion as it does not prevent implantation. All other hormonal birth controls prevent pregnancy.
*fertilization
@@DulceCassia IUDs do prevent fertilization. They make the uterus inhabitable for sperm and can disrupt ovulation.
Does stas always yell over her husband? ☺️
not really sure how to take this comment so lol
I like spinning🥺
✝️🙏🏽👍🏽❤😁🥰
Talking about hormonal contraceptives as a form of abortion is SO incorrect, misleading and offensive to so many women. Educate yourself, please, and in a scientific way.
Yay! You're so fun together. Also: get you some sex toys for practising. There are totally unscary and legit companies that sell things to help.
No porn or threesomes … porn is still lust of the flesh!
Very true
Please try to refrain from using the phrase “staying pure.” It implies that people who have sex just to have sex (which is a perfectly normal human behavior) are somehow impure or “less than.”
Sex outside of marriage is impure. That’s not the way God intended for it to be done, therefore partaking in it outside of wedlock makes it impure.
What a feminine guy. It’s like 2 girls .
To me it sounds like your not man enough to realize that this is a true man. He’s caring and loving to his wife and others, honest, strong in his faith, strong in what he believes in and that is what a lot of woman want in a man
