'This is so confusingly happy' - That's what VIXX likes to do. They will make all these dark, brooding, srs songs and then swing out with these bright happy songs that are 180 switch. Though what I really like with VIXX as a whole is how well they harmonize and blend their various tonal differences together from Leo's sweet high voice to Ravi's growling rap, and that they always are trying new and interesting musical sounds as shown especially well with last year's Conception project.
I know I got into VIXX on their darker videos and then accidentally clicked on one of their happy videos and almost had a heart attack and immediately turned it off. At this point their lighter themes scare me more than their darker ones and I haven't been able to bring myself to fully watch one because the difference actually terrifies me lmao tbh tho my first video of theirs was voodoo doll so...
Natalia O'Connor XD I love their happy stuff almost as much as their dark concepts although i've noticed that while it's usually happy sounding, the words can still be a little bitter sweet. the only songs that are fully happy are either their covers, their works with other artists or their songs for the Starlights. Oh and some holiday songs.
