Grate video as always. but I disagree with the second story of richi. I mean I consider for a beginner effort and consistency is what is important. First he need to put effort in the field and form standard and come up with solution to optimise. I say this because for a beginner thinking about result is kind of procrastination.
I got the gist about the video i.e you need to find the "who" to save your time and effort in things that you are not good at. But I think it's more like a story of rich guys than middle class guys. I mean you need to have money to keep some one. Exactly how rich people get rich cashing on poor (middle class) people's efforts.
I'm open to change I mean I get this from it maybe I'll change my thinking after reading the book.
